I swear every time we go there, there is always something wrong! Every single time but dont try to complain cause then all you will get is nasty attitude, this place S U C K S!! Our most receint experience....after taking a few bites of a whopper, I pull out a long a** hair from my mouth!! NO JOKE! I call to complain yet again, their response..."You have to bring in the food and the hair" WTF!?!?! What am I suppose to do, wrap someones nasty piece of hair around my finger and bring it in!?!?! WTF is wrong with you people! If I have one more bad experience........and your very lucky I dont do it now (and im thinking about it and probably will the more I think) Im going to put in a report to the BBB! And being as its a food place, They Will Investigate! so say hello to the health department! Oh and the service is VERY slow to where people are lining up jam packed waiting for "fast food". When I say no onion, I mean NO ONION!!!!! There is no intelligence needed for "No Onion"!!!!

Every time I came here something always went wrong! Either the food was cold and not fresh, the order was wrong, or they give me the wrong bag! I gave this Burger King 1 star a year ago. Ive been here recently after they remodeled and gotten rid of a few people and I must say, it is so awesome now!!! Its clean, the workers are very friendly, the food is ALWAYS hot and fresh, and the order is always correct!

I get it, its Burger King. Theres better and theres worse but this one would lean more the bad side. I have never eaten inside since its right around the block from me. Cant really say anything positive about the drive thru. Yet its quick and easy so Ill probably end up going here again.

I ordered a double whopper with cheese and bacon. She puts it down as plain, I tell her not plain just add cheese and bacon. She fixes it on the screen, I get home and its plain with just cheese and bacon. Time for some pay cuts, cant get a simple order correct, pathetic.
