The new cashier working today, Monday, Feb. 29th, did not have very good customer service. First there was no one at the register when I arrived. Second, I was not greeted. At all. And third, I had to repeat my order twice, once because she interrupted me, and my order still managed to come out wrong. Again. Im a avid customer and dont usually have any problems with the customer service, but this isnt the first time Ive had an unpleasant encounter with this particular cashier. I wouldve come back to complain in person (which I dont like to do, complain, that is) but I was on my lunch break and was short on time. Which is why I chose Taco bell in the first place. Overall, Im very dissatisfied.

I used to go here every night before work around 9 pm and its always a long wait to get my food and one time in particular they had closed early. When I arrived to pick up my mobile order and they refused to give me a refund. I called corporate and they told me I should be refunded automatically after a week or so. After 3 weeks Im still out of a 10 dollar meal.

Wouldnt recommend going after hours. Always have problems. Ordered a beef burrito and the only beef on it was at the very edges of the burrito and 75% of it was filled with rice. Budget cuts maybe? Not too sure, but definitely not going to this location again.

Customer service sucks in the drive through. They always screw up my order and the workers are very rude when correcting mistakes. This is also the slowest taco bell ever!!!
