Just ordered a Nacho BellGrande w/no tomatoes & beans but extra beef and sour cream to go. It barely had even as much beef or sour cream on it as a regular one. When I got home I called Taco bell and spoke to the manager and best she had to offer was "sorry". I asked her for a corporate phone number and was told there is none. When I went online to contact Taco Bell and completed feedback form I tried 3 forms of date and time but it kept refusing them and wouldnt submit feedback. I am now totally boycotting Taco Bell even though it used to be one of my favorite fast food restaurants.

What a joke. My "double" spicy chalupa wasnt even a single. No exaggeration, there was less meat on this $3.49 chalupa than a $1.19 beef crunchy taco. The near didnt even cover the bottom of the shell. It was basically cheese and lettuce in a shell. AND they forgot the cheesy roll up, had to call them out on it. They threw in a free cinnamon twist for the trouble, but I was not happy with the chalupa at all once I got home. Does corporate management get bonuses based on how little meat they actually provide? Im done with Zion Taco Bell. Too many disappointing meals lately.

Food was good. Girl friend left her cell phone on a table and some guy or guys took it. They were still in the store and could not open the phone. Girl friend discovered her phone was missing. She walked to where three guys were standind,and said you have my phone,they gave it back. These guys remained in the store sitting and not eating anything. They were in the store for at least 30 minutes, not buying anything.....

I usually dont write reviews for fast food places but I was pleasantly surprised by how polite the workers were (even with the drive through) and also the food was a little better than other Taco Bells. This was by far my best experience at a Taco Bell or going through any other drive through restaurant.

They messed my order up and then when I called up their they told me I could come and the lady who rang up my food was rude and gave me the wrong order again! I had a terrible experience there and Ill never go back !
