This Chipotle services big crowds during lunch hour on a weekday. I recommend coming in around 11am to avoid the crowds. The food here is always fresh and service friendly. Its hard to find a seating area during lunch hour. Even if you somehow manage to get a table, its really too loud for conversation. I would not call this place cozy. But carnitas with brown rice, beans, corn, and salsa is outstanding.

I have eaten at Chipotle many times, but first time at this one. I got soo sick off this food, up all night long n my stomach was in such pain! After talking to a few frnds I found out that they to have become sick off this particular Chipotle. There is something going on in the wkgn one cause people get sick only at this one. Dnt get sick n drive a little farther to the Gurnee one.

Never again am I eating at this Chipotle....I ordered myself a steak burrito bowl to go...brought it back to the office with me to eat while I worked. About a third into the bowl I caught something small and black move from the corner of my eye....when I actually focus and take a closer look it was a roach! Definitely calling the Lake County Health Department.

Everything is made right in the restaurant and tastes amazing. The assembly style ordering keeps the line moving quickly during busier times so you dont have to worry about your lunch break running over. Also, they will literally make you anything you want as long as they have the ingredients, and only charge extra for guac or double meat.

Full disclosure, I worked here a couple years ago. Since I left, every time i go back, I observe food safety problems: cross contamination, temperature storage, employees going from register to food prep without washing. After all these illnesses all over the country, you think youd put all your energy into properly training people.

The amount of meat you get at this location even when you order double is just pathetic. Some of the servers behave like their retirement fund is being used to pay for the meat and cant serve you a decent amount - you might as well get a veggie bowl instead of getting a double meat option cause they are the same at this location.

I was there this afternoon and the staff were very welcoming, the pace was fast, and the cashier spoke to me like she new me and cared for how my day was going. And the staff all told me to have a great day. So I did and had the need to come comment and let the Waukegan Chipotle staff know they are doing a good job.

Not bad kind of slow and the chicken for some reason always tastes a little burnt. I swear there burritos are always rolled to loose also but that depends on the person working that day. Some good some bad. Better go to Qdoba since they at least have a rewards program

Will not go again to this Chipotle, staff is rude, not giving enough quantity, you need to beg for food by paying money. They wanted to make more money by giving less food. There are many better ones around this location, give a try...

I was looking for variety since i was tired of taco bell and other taquerias so, i stoped by for lunch and i absolutely loved it! The people where very friendly. My chicken burrito was mega delicicious. Thank you chipotle.
