Can I give no stars? Dim sum was okay, but thats all we had a chance to order. There is obvious reverse discrimination going on. As some of the other reviews mention, they wait on Asian customers hand and foot, but completely ignore non-asian customers. I ordered dim sum as soon as we sat down, but then our waitress never acknowledged us again. After 45 min. of watching her walk past our table several times serving only Asian customers while completely ignore us, the only attention we got was when my wife walked out to the car with our child. The waitress chased her down and started screaming at her because she thought she was leaving without paying--all while I was still sitting at the table waiting to ask for our check! We left without ever ordering dinner. We had to go get burgers instead. There are too many similar reviews of the same experience for this to be a coincidence! I would never trust what theyre doing to non-asian customers food if theyre that blatant in their discrimination.

Awful! 1.Cold Egg rolls 2.Lousy service. The staff looks and acts like a bunch15 year olds. 3. Two of the three orders came at the same time, but one of the main courses came 20 minutes later. Decided to try this place one more time ( I sure miss Garlic and Ginger) and it happen again with the bad service both with the wait staff and the kitchen. When I asked where the food was, they claimed the kitchen was behind because a tour bus stopped by. Stupid excuse for not paying attention. Egg Rolls probably sat and got cold. You know how this goes, when it starts going down hill and management is invisible, its time to find Chinese elsewhere. Just one more thought. The place is loaded with Asian customers. My hunch is they are really looking to cater to them rather non Asian guests. It seems the Asians get more attention.

Food here is astoundingly good. Their dim sum surpasses restaurants in Chinatown. Some individual dishes that stand out are the siu mai, fried pork, shrimp dumpling, pan fried dumpling and fried taro roll. Overall the quality of the food we had for our meal ranged from above average to excellent. Youll be glad you are here, above all else. Interior is clean with a fantastic modern and high class decor. There are several distinct sections that have a different style within. Staff was average. The restaurant was at near full capacity but our food was hot and on time. It took a bit of time between our requests though they worked diligently when they got to our table. It is pricey though. Expect somewhere between $22-$26 per adult without alcohol. If youre looking for higher Chines dishes this is the place.

This restaurant is part of the chain that also has a restaurant (same name) in Chinatown. The food here wasnt the best, unlike the one downtown but not too shabby for having dim sum in the suburbs. Since they are relatively new, I would give them the benefit of the doubt that it is due to "new restaurant jitters". Unfortunately for us, when we went, we were hoping to try out their duck dishes but were told that they were out of roast duck as well as peking duck. We also ordered some chinese broccoli but those failed to arrive at the table. I will try it out again sometime later and hope that they have settled down somewhat and hope that it improves. Price -wise.. a little on the high end for standard dim sum. Decor was clean and white.

We had just gotten into town, and a friend suggested we go here for lunch. I had the tomato gin soup, which was perfect on this cold day, and I also had the WCG Bacon Blue Cheese Salad, which was excellent. My husband had the Rotisserie Chicken Tortilla Soup, and a Caesar Salad, which the salad was big, and the soup tasted great. But the best part, that we saved room for, was the desert. He had the White Chocolate Brownie and I had the White Chocolate Cheese Cake. The deserts were huge! I ate maybe a fourth of my cheesecake, but helped my husband eat his. We shared my leftover later that evening. The atmosphere was relaxing, food was excellent, waitress and servers were extremely friendly, and overall, was the best lunch ever.

We were in the area and decided to try the place out and compare it to the Chinatown location. I feel the food here tastes similar and less greasy. Prices are slightly more but yet not enough to make a huge difference. All in all, unless I need to go to Chinatown, I rather come to this location. The only con - we didnt get two of our dim sum dishes. The wait staff came by a couple of times to check-in on us, but we still didnt get them. It wasnt a big deal to us since we were full and ready to go, so we just asked them to cancel it. This wasnt something that would cause me not to come here again, as it was just a simple error. We sat by the kitchen so our food came out hot.

Brought the family here on New Years day for Dim Sum. I was very impressed with the authenticity and quality of the food. The chicken feet were delicious! It was extremely busy (both a Sunday and holiday) and we had to wait a while for a table even though we had made a reservation. We also tried to order wine, but they were out of our 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice (including totally out of plum wine!). It seems all they had to offer was a very expensive bottle. My review would have been 5 stars if not for that. Pros - Great variety, good quality, very authentic and delicious at reasonable prices. Cons - Long wait for a table, out of any wine under $200 a bottle.

Been here a few times, same things happened every time. Horrible service! Not ONE english speaking waiter. Food always comes out in peices for your party, so people always have to wait. If youre not asian then be prepared to be treated poorly and wait longer for everything. Forget about drinks, they barely have any and cant understand anything you order. I had several bottles of beer brought to me when i ordered sake. I love ethnic restaurants, but this doesnt belong in Naperville. I give it a couple years before they are shut down for several violations. Only good thing i have to say is that their food is better than most asian restaurant around.

we come here all the time, and it was great until TODAY!!! When service is good, we ALWAYS give tips and good tips, but the service today was not good. It could be because the restaurant was jammed packed, but we ended up not giving a tip. We were on our way out, and one of the waiters CHASED US OUT, RUNNING AND DEMANDING we tell him why we didnt give tip!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! I cant even eat the left-overs im so upset! My husband said kindly to not worry about it and he got upset! We are recurring customers, and they act like this to us?? It is SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Im SO UPSET, and so is my husband. This never happened to us before.

The decor and service are very good here. A nice way to experience dim sum without having to make your way to Chinatown. Weve visited once, so we tried many items, more than we needed as a single meal. Some were very yummy (the congee was incredible and worth coming here for it alone) and some were bland (now I understand that youre supposed to use the sauces to amp them up), but some were just so-so. In the end, if you know for certain that you enjoy dim sum, youll like this location. Well be back when were in the area to try our favorites again.
