It used to be good, but lately with their cost cutting, their food quality is getting bad. For Americans, everything is good until they know what should be in Asian food. I went to this restaurant recently, I noticed that they put a lot shredded veggies. They used leftover veggies and shredded it and put with fried noodles. I got about 4 or 5 pieces of noodles and the rest is nothing but shredded veggies and Oh boy, they added so much sugar. Terrible food. Dont eat there.

Amazing food and you get a lot for your money! I spent $12 (not including the tip ) and ate very well. Im stuffed! I ordered the sweet and sour chicken which Id recommend to any and everyone! The staff is extremely nice and the setting is very comfortable and welcoming. I will confidently say that this is best Chinese food in the Wheaton area especially if youre interested in getting a lot of good food for not a lot of money! Stop in!

When we moved from Wheaton over 30 years ago we missed being able to drop in for lunch; so now we make sure that all trips to N. Illinois include a meal at Luong-Loi. We also pick up a container of their tea leaves to take home!! ( a medicinal advantage until we can return to Wheaton). The shrimp with lemongrass (extra onion) is fabulous and of course you start with an order of spring rolls. YUM!

My fiancee and I love coming here. The staff is really nice and attentive to our needs. Every dish weve had here is great. Our favorites: the filtered coffee, spring rolls, duck pho, lemongrass beef, egg foo young and the lunch specials are a great deal to try different things. The trick is to park near the library and walk around the corner. We highly recommend eating here!

Very nice environment. We ordered chicken wings, papaya salad, phone and sour soup. Everything tastes great! I feel some extra twist in the flavor and I guess its an indication that the food is authentic :P The sour soup is a bit sweet and strong in tomato flavor so not everyone might like it. Price is about $-$$, great value.

This is s great Vietnamese restaurant, Pho is very good. Broth is flavored very nicely. Nice selection of other items on the menu, tonight Im having shrimp a spring roll, hot and sour soup, Vietnamese pork bbq ribs. All were excellent. I really like this place, i try to eat here every week.

This place has only gotten better since moving across the street. Same great food, even more beautiful setting for the good food! if you like Vietnamese food, this is a place you must visit. The Pho is phenomenal. Really friendly, family-owned and operated restaurant - whats not to like???

This has always been a go-to place for me and my mom. We love the food and the atmosphere. They had moved from across the street, and used to be just a little tiny place, and now the restaurant is very upscale looking and nice. But the prices are very decent and the food is delecious.

The flavor is not authentic but catered towards the people living in the area. Server left the chopsticks and spoon on the table instead of on top of a napkin. I never got a water, especially when the food was on the salty side. The food is not sitting very well right now

Great flavors!! Love the food - however they use MSG in food and the waiter made a face when I asked to remove it from my dish .. Im sick after eating here, likely because I react badly to MSG. YMMV. I should have not eaten. My mistake.

We ordered fried catfish, it was too much sauce. Catfish was fried but not brown. Chow fun was nice and crispy but too much sauce. Save yourself some sauce :) We enjoyed it though. We hope the next visit we enjoy something else.

Excellent Pho and Eggrolls! A nice treat to have in downtown Wheaton next to all the American cuisine. Good service, and the new restaurant has a really nice atmosphere. Like it here a lot!

Ordered the Pho and was pretty disappointed. Very little meat, broth was not very flavorful, it seemed very americanized. I usually like mine with tripe and 5 or 6 cuts of beef.
