So far this is hands down by far my favorite place!! You have to have both exceptional customer service and even better employees, and this Starbucks seems to have both. Every one of their employees remembers my name and my order and that says a lot considering Ill end up with a whole new drink they can add to their menu by the time im finished. I order my drink but Im very specific as to how much of what I want on it so just the fact that this is the first place that actually gets it when I described what I want and how I want it made they make it that way each and every time never making a mistake or forgetting my name or order. And the 2 that i know are Managers...Mike and Heather being his.. Those 2 really set a great example for other people to follow. It no longer feels like just a business where they make my favorite coffee and Im just a customer that gets that paycheck I feel like weve gotten past that and they were becoming friends... Thanks Guys for making my mothers day in and day out sometimes 2 or 3 times a day I know u guys got to be sick of making them... but dont stop! Lol

At first I was bombarded, but bow I definitely won this game that they were playing. They didn even let me know they were or we were all playing a game kinda bogus. All of them even put me on an accident on March 10, 2014 which is a crime against humanity. How abouy if I command to all lla others what happened that night and it will happen this coming March 11, 2014. Or say ducking sorry and tucking give all lla youve taken from. Oh man where to start? The Manager has a constant attitude, the baristas are berated.. My favorite barista (older lady am shifts) was berated in front of customer (i dont see here there anymore.. wonder if she left bc of this) The manager with the short red hair, I hope she sees this and realizes she needs to smile more often and STOP talking to her employees like theyre idiots. And they dont get your phone orders in time and insult you by telling you that you probably placed it to another location......when you didnt. No apologies. The baristas themselves are nice and seemingly hard working..

Ordered a simple iced coffee with no line ahead of me. The barista who should have been making drinks, was cleaning and roughly moving things around for 5 min. Finally, she grabs ice in a cup and pours premade coffee in the cup. The coffee was rudely placed in front of me without a word and continued to ignore me after I said thanks. Terrible customer service.

I have been here quite a few times and it has to be one of the most inconsistent Starbucks as far as drink quality and accuracy goes. I dont know if the manager has instructed the employees to go light on the syrups, but thats what their drinks taste like compared to most other locations. Dont drive out of your way to get Starbucks from here.

This location is nice but Heather, my cashier was not a nice lady. She made me feel rushed and yet didnt even hear when I asked for pastries. I repeated myself 3x for her to finally get the order. But the drinks and food are good as always

Poor customer service. I asked to remake a drink because I didnt like it and the barista gave me a dirty look, rolled her eyes and said "are you kidding me?" So much for Starbucks saying theyll remake a drink with no questions asked.

The employees are very nice. The drinks dont take a long time. Great location. Long Line Sometimes but The employees are very fast at taking orders. Great parking too. I love Starbucks and this location.

this place has no working heat. I have to dress like I"m working from outside when visiting this location. Coffee gets cold too fast as well due to cold inside temperature of building
