A girl named Maddie was extremely nice. I dont normally write reviews but her customer service was so sweet I wanted to write a good review about her. Haha Other than that this starbucks is fine when its not too busy. I ordered a custome frappe and instead of not mixing the berries they mixed it and werent happy about it. I felt BAD for asking for a custom. But it was busy. That was yesterday...today the customer service was on point :)

I ordered a venti mocha light frap with extra shot espresso and 4 Splenda. It tasted so bland. Went back around to drive thru to tell them and the guy explains that its probably the extra shot. Now I order almost daily from different rockford IL locations, order same thing and they taste sweet like it should. It almost seemed as if to him I was nuts and really the batista just doesnt mix the Splenda right. Grr

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Thats all I can say. Baristas stand around and talk whilst lines are 15 cars deep in the drive-thru and there were 5 people waiting inside the store at the bar for their orders to get finished. Only 1/4 employees were actually doing their job. When they FINALLY got around to making everyones drinks, I dont think a single persons was made right. Again I say, HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Great staff here. The mornings are super busy but they seem to manage the store great and keep things moving. The barista remembered my name today even though I was one of probably 75 people there the day before. Nice location, kind of small but it does the trick.

If I order a tall mocha in a grande cup with extra milk they charge $0.60 for milk. if I order a grande mocha with one shot and two pumps they will not subtract the shots I dont get. So I just paid almost $5 for a single shot two pump mocha. Thats just a rip off!

This location is always staffed by friendly, energetic people. They know when to make small talk and when to leave you be. The orders come out quickly. Its my morning routine to swing by here and grab breakfast because its so fast.

I was there last Sunday and the service was horrible. They take forever to make ur drink and u have to pray that they get ur drink right. Which mine was not. U could tell that everyone as upset.

Its so close to work. Nothing like getting 5 shots of espresso, getting all geeked up on my way to work. Like the old days! 5 shots are better than 5 rails of coke!!!

Nice people, convenient drive through. A few cozy chairs inside and bar type seating for 2 or 3 near the end of the barista area. Close to heavily traveled IL route 53.

Nice location, its convenient and enjoy the outdoor seating. It needs a little more upkeep though, it appears that a younger workforce tries to maintain it.
