they talk entirely too much when you are in a rush in the morning and even when you are not...they still take too freaking loooong to give you the simplest drink during rush hour in the morning!! I leave.... b/c again they are talking too much as they always are...and i go to the 151 N Mayfair rd starbucks...and guess what!!!?? they were just as busy...and had my drink ready for me before i could even pay for it!!! 151 N Mayfair Rd always rocks! I dont go to them as much in the morning b/c they are a little farther...but quicker...so now i know where i will go in the mornings going forward.

I know Starbucks has a reputation for spoiled aristo-brats with little taste and even less real class, but the coffee is good, if overpriced. I am usually in the area and have been tempted inside by the convenience of the location. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of friendly servers and baristas. (is everyone there a "barista") who knows.. But everyone had a smile and the service was very personal, professional and swift. Not like rushing through the cattle-lines at Alterra on the Lake etc... Overall very good.

The Steamed Pumpkin Lathe was not frothy, or foamy the drink had not that lightness when I took my first drink. The way they craft my drink this morning was disappointing. I could had made the same drink by boiling water and put in a pack of flavoring or buy it from a gas station and save $$$. This store is very clean but making a drink is very poor. :(

Awesome starbucks. People of the area generally agree this is a great place to get work done. I do wish people wouldnt take up the biggest tables to themselves, so maybe there should be larger single-person tables. But the staff is really nice and accommodating.

Attn. Management: Disappointed with handicap parking. Should Not be located on speed bump across from building. Building is not really set up for wheelchair use. My girlfriend is in a wheelchair. Hopefully management is capable of correcting this.

I know decaf coffee isnt as popular, but they served me luke warm, all day sitting there coffee :/ I dont even like hot liquid that much and it was cold by my standards. Having to go horn to microwave it.... Very pleasant staff

I did not find the young woman at the desk friendly and I specifically asked for skim foam and was given steamed milk. Not a big deal however that is my most favorite part of buying a cup of coffee.

When I asked for a water the worker gave out a huge sigh which is extremely rude. I was thinking of getting a drink later but that definitely made me not want to and I dont plan on coming back here.

Overfilled my coffee to where the top wouldnt even fit. There was no line so I dont know what the rush was. Had to dump out some of the coffee

It is just a very quiet place just to sit and enjoy yourself by read email or just listed to music on the phone. Love the wawautosa one .
