Im pretty thick skinned when it comes to my race verses customer service with a almost stupid slant towards the benefit of the doubt when it comes to what I think motivated a bad customer service experience. Without being specific and including the sorid details of the encounter let me say that the cashier and barista that was working about 4pm on March 8th made me a believer that even young women can be racist. Im sad about that.

Today my girlfriend and I were looking for newspapers and happen to grab a WSJ. Then an elderly employee went to snatch it out of my hands like I was about to steal it. I noticed her watching us the whole time but didnt think she would approach us in that matter. I hope starbucks really reviews these comments.

Customer service is not so great at this location. No eye contact when handing off beverages or thank yous. I was in a longer line waiting to order, watching the cashier sip on his drink while helping customers. Gross. Dont know who it was as he was not wearing a name tag.

the baristas are literally retarded. charged me for something I did not even receive and they cant even refund me and now Im hungry and cant even get jimmy johns bc retards love to charge me extra for things. their frappes are good sometimes tho

Baristas are always rude and I got food poisoning here once from expired milk. If youre in the mall and need coffee, go to Gloria Genes instead
