This is the 3rd time I try their drive thru. Out of the all the Starbucks in an 8 mile radius, this one is my least favorite. I understand lunch rush can be hectic but not only does it take so long, my order has been wrong all 3 times. So I end up being late for work and with an unsatisfying drink. Today I decided to go early when there wasnt so much of a rush. Even then, the person had me repeat my order 3 times: Grande Pink Drink with easy ice and extra scoop of strawberries. I confirmed they had it right the 3rd time when verbally confirmed. then when I get handed my drink I realize she punched in extra Strawberry Base. That wasnt pulled on the screen before I drove up to the window. I would not have drove up to the window if I had seen that. Friendly staff, dont get me wrong, but being friendly does not make up for their lack of effeciency and accuracy.

So here is my review, I gave this place a 2 week trial on making the same exact drink every morning, a Vanilla Latte, I mean how hard can that be. First, when ordering through the drive through your order takes 7-15 minutes to be prepared pending on the day and how busy the place is. The store seems to be understaffed, thus your drink quality suffers as they prepare everything half assed, one day it will be spot on, the next you might as well have ordered a plain black coffee for $2+ instead of paying $4.68 for a latte. I know that one person’s review will not really make a difference but I just wanted to share my experience. Thank you for reading and have a nice day.

Worst customer service! Tina makes me wish I had gotten coffee from McDonalds! Im not sure how a person can not only get a simple order wrong but absolutely chose to ignore you when you ask them to correct it. Tina decided to not fix the chocolate milk I ordered for my son by remaking it with no ice. She said she wasnt helping me and stepped away from the drive thru window. I had to call out "hello" to get someone elses attention to get help! Worst place ever she has no customer service skills and should not be working with people. My coffee was made wrong and I didnt even bother to go back to have it remade, it went straight in the garbage with her people skills.

This Starbucks location is sub-par compared to all the other Starbucks locations Ive been too. I have been to this location for the past 3 mornings and they managed to mess up 2 out of the 3 drinks orders Ive made. I simply asked for an ice coffee and they have managed to put the wrong syrup in or put in cream when I didnt ask for any. I may seem overly harsh, but given the fact that I have been a Starbucks customers for at least 9+ years, and have experienced 1 wrong drink order (or maybe 2 tops), that says a lot. Dont bother coming here if you have another Starbucks near you.

Ive been to this Starbucks twice in the pass week, Both times my order has been wrong. I dont think anyone would like to pay for an extra shot of coffee and not get it. I know my coffee and know when they do add that extra shot. Well this store never does, I stopped going to this Starbucks for the same reason. Thought I give them a change But, from what I see Im just throwing my money away. Shame on you Starbucks. All I asked for is a triple grande breve latte and I expect to get what I pay for.

Its a Starbucks like any other, theres not mucg particularly outstanding to say one way or the other. The wait times are usually shorter here than at others, this one has never forgotten to make my drink, and Ive never gotten the run around on something being out of stock like I have at other locations. Maybe its anecdotal or maybe its representative of a well run Starbucks. Ill increase the sample size and report back later.

This location is one of my regular stops, so my rating is based on three years of visits. There is one or two employees that struggle during peak traffic, and Ive had a few dissatisfied visits, but place is fine otherwise. They dont have a service door, so they have to take trash out the main customer entrance. Roomy patio. Barring these details, I could give them a 5.

Maybe they should check for lead in those nose rings. One of the reasons I go to starbucks is that they are usually consistent. My quad espresso didnt taste like the usual. I think someone mixed up the beans. A quad espresso is a pretty quick drink. I dont understand why people behind me in line got their drinks before me. I didnt even have my Trump hat on.

This location just hasnt really caught is rythm since opening day. I work RIGHT nearby but i cannot stop in the morning unless there was no traffic, Ill be late every time. Even ordering ahead isint a guarantee. They are friendly, everything is made right of course but compared to city locations they just dont make the wheels turn quickly here.

Worst experience. I had to back up from the drive thru because she couldnt hear me as me being the passenger, nor could she hear the driver. Not the first time I order from the passengers seat, not the first time at this location. But she did hear me, when I said never mind, thanks in a lower tone. Ah? Really. She replied... Ooookayyy!

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. They never get my order right no matter how many times I order from them. There has been many occasions where I have had them make my order over again until it is the way I asked for it. Also warm pastry means I dont want it cold. I have just stop going to this location all together.

I do really wish that this would be a better experience. The employees are on the nice side and also do work hard but the lack of communication between them this location suffers. It is slow and waiting for a simple drink is a long wait here. This could be due to the terrible layout of behind the counter.

Worst Starbucks Customer Service Ever. The workers just talk and laugh, while your coffee sits there ready.. while you wait for 10+ mins. Happened more like 10 times, would have never wrote this if it never did. Only reason why I kept going to this location, was due to convenience. No more.

Edit: I get that theres a sale today, but 35 min to get 2 drinks? Really? Not set up for Sat Mornings. I come in at 8:40, get my drink at 9, 9:05. Thats up to 25 min almost every single week. Their previous location was around 15 min. Edit: better now that its colder

Very disappointed. Could not get order correct three times, after charging and refunding ended up with 2 coffees and one ended up being a regular coffee, not a mocha as the label read. arghh!!! Didnt notice it until I delivered it to my husband-very disappointed

Like most Starbucks, its clean, the staff are all very kind and friendly, and the coffee is great. This particular Starbucks happens to be a great place for a first date. And a second date. And many dates after that.
