Dont do it... Just dont even bother going here. Save yourself the time, frustration, and aggravation of getting poor service and old ingredients. I work in McHenry, near Bull Valley and 31, and often times the good Subway on 120 is too far, since I only get a 30-minute lunch. I keep giving this Subway on 31 another try and every time I am disappointed. The people who own and work this Subway dont care. They dont care what you want on your sandwich or salad, they will just do what they want. The younger woman that works here is the worst. She toasts the subs, even when you tell her you didnt want it toasted... I asked for two chopped salads today and she hardly chopped them. Then when I asked for the dressing to be mixed in, she looked at me like I was a foreign object, practically a deer in headlights. She ignored my request for the first salad, and when I asked again for the second salad she again seemed confused by the request. They cheap out on ingredients, and the ingredients are old and dont taste fresh. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Just awful.

Ate here once with my child. The service was lacking... A lot. The food handler was not very friendly at all. To be honest most of the subways in mchenry are the same way. If your miserable working there, then quit and go some where you will enjoy what you do. After dealing with the suicidaly depressive service and turning to the seating area it was average. Small crumbs here and there. While it was not a train wreck, it could use some attention. Ironically when I walked in we were the only ones there. I was not to impressed with the bread. The serving size is average. Subway in general lacks creativity. The cost of the food isnt worth the visit. I can live my life comfortably with out ever going to a subway again. Average just isnt good enough when there are 4 subways 2 burger Kings and 3 McDonalds all with in a 10 min drive with stop lights and traffic. Long and short, if subway doesnt figure out a way to be more creative with out a customer building a 16$ sandwich, then you can expect the same average blah blah.

I have had to WORST experience with this subway. There was a gentleman in front of me who had a subway gift card and the car didnt have any money on it, he said he was sorry and laughed because he didnt have any other cash and as he was walking out The lady screamed at him and told him he had to pay or someone else had to pay. She would not let this poor gentleman go. She looked at me and told me to pay for his Sandwhich and at first I denied until I saw how embarrassed the gentleman was and offered to pay. I was more than happy to pay for his sandwich, but the fact that they told us that somebody had to pay for a sandwich is unacceptable. I will never go back, and I have told several people and theyve all had similar experiences.

Hi every one this subway is worst place I ever seen in my life The cusyomer care is very poor. The employees in this place dont have any manners. When I was eacting my sandwich there, one if the employee started to broom the floor. She didt care that one person is sitting there and eating the food. All the dust flew into my food. Atleast they should have some commonsense when they work in a place where the people eat.

Every time I go to this subway I regret it! They are so sloppy with the sandwich, nothing is fresh, and to top it off they are not very friendly! (sometimes they are) I just went there today and brought my sandwich back and the sandwich was all fallen apart and all over the bag, the didnt wrap it tight! so annoying. drive the extra few miles to the next one.

The man making my sandwich didnt smile ONCE, he didnt ask if I wanted it toasted and I DID. I couldnt understand him or hear him, he was being far too quiet. It was terrible service. I understand that it is hot and miserable and no one wants to work in this exhausting weather, but really? This service sucks. I will never go back to this subway.

Pretty poor service. Im a fan of Subway but this was honestly probably the worst one Ive been too. Sandwich maker (who Im pretty sure was the manager) put almost all the meat on one side. Then for every ingredient I asked for he would only put a pinch on there. Every time Id have to ask for more.
