Will never return to this taco Bell after a disgusting experience I had. I found a thick black hair in my food. Now this isnt why I wont return. I understand that in any food service setting, this happens. However, when I returned to get a replacement taco, the manager on duty refused to replace my food, was rude, and lost my repeat service. This is after also constantly getting broken tacos and drinks without syrup. Instead, I now drive to the one across town where I have never had a problem with staff being friendly and accommodating.

Every time that we have gone to get food from here its very poor quality, things are old and stale. Then when you call to say anything you get attitude. If you want taco bell that bad go to the other one located off 38 they have never failed. Need to stop giving this location our money its ridiculous. Horrible customer service and horrible food quality!

Showed up before closing time and we were ignored and the windows were locked in front of our faces as we were rudely shooed away. Would never expect such poor service, very rude and disappointing. Do not go here if you expect a positive customer experience and nice people.
