Decent ice cream, interior is attractive. But INSANE pricing. -Whipped cream was not whipped, just creamy goo lathered atop the ice cream, and .69 cents extra. -Crushed nuts, 1 small spoonful- .69 cents extra. And theyll ask if youd like these things (which are free at any McDonalds or culvers) without warning you that these are ala carte priced items. So a normal ice cream sundae could seriously cost you, in the blink of an eye.

Apparently they didnt want our business. We were the only customers in the store. The 3 people working looked at us, but did not even acknowledge us, greet us, or said theyd be with us shortly. After about 5 mins we chose to walk out. At that time one person finally came to the counter and asked if she could help us. Nope, we walked out and sent down the road to Colonial Cafe!

We waited I side in line for a few minutes while 4 staff members stood by the drive up area talking to each other. Then some guy walks up to the register looking like he just woke up and totally bored took the order of the people in front of us. Then he walked away. Omg ! What a wierd place. Lol. Not kidding .wierd.

Ive been going to this location for ten years. They are great people that care about their customers. The Midnight Mocha Frappe is 100% better than the McDonald Frappe and a cheaper price. My favorite though is the warm brownie with ice cream. Amazingly delicious.

Walked in, was not greeted for at least 5 minutes while 5 employees stood there at the far end staring. Once assisted by an older man the entire exchange was rude. Was not given a receipt to complete survey. Will continue to go to Geneva DQ in the futire.

The owner of the establishment was very rude and went as far as to yell at the customers about keeping the door open for the A/C. There was a better way of putting it. Even was quite rude to a woman who was only trying to be nice.

It took 25 minutes to get my food to go and when I reminded them that I needed it to go they put it straight in a bag. I then had to remind them about the sauce and my sundae.
