I took my family here today as a treat for working hard in the yard on such a hot day. I was satisfied with our service overall. The employees were all very attentive. I have to mention one thing - the teenage girls in their shorty shorts made me very uncomfortable. As a female, I was uncomfortable when the girls would turn around to make ice cream and their butt cheeks are hanging out of the back of their shorts. I can only imagine how uncomfortable my husband was. I would reconsider your dress code. Im not saying the girls or guys should wear polyester long pants however, knee shorts or capris would be more appropriate in the workplace. It is not like the building isnt air conditioned and the employees are working in a hot environment. It is just tacky and unprofessional in my opinion.

Been here twice in the last week and Ive paid for extra ingredients to be put into the blizzards. On both occasions, they charged me for extra ingredients but they did not add the extra ingredients. Service and speed seem to be consistent with how busy they are which is that a decent clip.. At this point, its just the principle. If somebody pays extra for something, add what they paid for. Doesnt matter if its $1.00 or $.50 worth of product.

If I could give -5 starts I would! These teenager girls had the audacity to close 20 minutes early and just ignore all the customers waiting there. Literally sat at the drive up menu repeatedly saying "hello" while this little girl sat there with the headset around her neck. Worst service ever! Will never be back and will be contacting higher management about this. If a sign says you close at 10 that means 10 not 9:40!

Havent been here in a Long time. Thought id try the new pumpkin pie shake. Ordered a small , took 10 mins, costed $4 and it was smaller than a small fry bag from McDonalds (tall wise). Not worth gping here. I remember why I avoided this place... Good luck staying in business for another decad

We came through the drive thru around 8:58 and only had three blizzards. 8-17-16 The young lady serving us was incredibly rude. She gave a LOT of attitude and would constantly slam the window on us. I will not be back.
