I found the staff at this location to be very helpful and kind. I wasnt sure on what I wanted and they gave me many helpful suggestions. I thought they were very mature and they handled having to run the store on their own at a young age very well. When an entire little league baseball team came in the tall blonde and the shorter girl with dyed hair handled them all very well even though all of the parents were rude and the kids tried to change their orders multiple times. They didnt even leave a tip! Congrats to the owners on hiring a competent staff and running a wonderful and successful business! Keep it up DQ crew!

Lack of concern about anyone. When I told them that my shake was thin as water and almost warm, not to mention 3/4 of the way full-they told me repeatedly "thats the way it is". I told them to keep it then and they had no problem throwing it away and not even looking at me again. You would think they would ask if I wanted a refund or another shake

I take my kids here for special treats, the girls are so good to my boys! They are kind and caring and have patience for my oldest who pays and orders our treats. They play with my youngest when he starts to flirt. My boys love visiting not just for their treat but for the service!!!!! Thank you girls!!!

Mary the owner is ridiculous, her staff is a joke and they are all disrespectful. Not only does Mary not supervise her staff but they run a muck in the place...obviously by the reviews you can tell this place is a joke.

Showed up an hour before the website says they close and they closed. Would not let my children get ice cream. I felt so bad since I promised hem.
