just stopped in to get a seafood 6 inch sub, the employee gave me a foot long..then i ordered lettuce tomato, pickles,onions,peppers, olives on it..as she was wrapping the sandwich up, she dumped everything out of it..and gave it to me..not realizing she dumped everything out of it ,i went home to eat it..there was nothing on it other that a little lettuce and tomato. i call the store the man told me to bring it back...im 20 minutes away im not going back again... so he said he will take my name and the next time i come in he will give me a cookie...really a cookie!!! he told me it was her third day on the job.. well if he is training her he should be watching her..shes not doing very good..i wont be going back to that store.

The service here is always laughable. I dont know who runs this place but it would appear to be teenagers and their friends as thats all I ever see there. The kids that work there are nice but service is awkward and suffers because someone is at home collecting a paycheck instead of running their business and managing their employees. Take a little pride in your business boss man, or More and more people are gonna start driving to Woodstock or McHenry.

Great food (tastes like normal Subway), workers there arent always in the brightest of moods... The place is always good looking though. But like a previous reviewer said - they dont make enough bread and at the end of the day wont have anything but flatbread. Couldve made $6 off me yesterday WL Subway!!

Maybe a little altered because I did work here. But after being to multiple different states and cities this one is by far the best. Yes it is Subway but staff always nice and always clean.
