5 star ice cream, 2-3 star service... We usually come through the drive through and its really hit and miss on the quality of the service. Some times the wait time is crazy and you pull up to the window to see 2 out of 5 people doing something... The others are standing around/leaning looking bored. The person at the window is grumpy/annoyed looking about half the time, the other times its a very friendly person... Unfortunately it seems to be a theme at Dairy Queens in this area. Anyway... Ice cream! Its wonderful! We usually get a dipped cone and a sundae. Great stuff

Part of a cute neighborhood. I went on a Sunday evening, it was packed and it reminded me of a nice American town with kids enjoying ice cream with their family. I enjoyed a blizzard and an orange julius, it was the right touch of nostalgia for me to enjoy fully. The staff is working in a high volume, fast paced, customer service environment. PLEASE TIP these young cashiers as they are working extremely hard and quick so you and your family can enjoy the ice cream.

Not worth the rude service.Today was my first time coming to this location so I decided to try something new like the caramel moolatte, it didnt taste good and kind of off so I asked if I could get something different but of same value. The lady then gave me attitude saying this is a one time thing. Honestly super rude considering people sometimes want to try new things and may not like it but still deserve to get their moneys worth.

Stood outside for 10 minutes they kept walking right past me i knocked on the window and yelled hello. So i decided to go through the drive through.... "Served upside down or next one is on us." Mine were bagged and overly creamy when i got home which is 2 blocks away.... Such bs. Their excuse the windows fog up and its hard to see. K

Operated by students. Had to wait at the window to order my shake, even though there was no line. Everyone was working on an order, and no one was paying attention to the window. No prices posted where you could them. Only outside seating. I love Dairy Queen soft serve, but things could have been run better.

Always a fun place to go. They have a drive through or the outside walk up window with umbrella tables outside. It has very nostalgic feel to it to me for some reason but I enjoy it!

Was out of everything I asked for. Didnt tell me until I paid and placed the order. Then they had to give me money back, or force a substituted item.

Staff needs to be trained to serve efficiently to cut the long waiting time. Maybe use one window to order and the other to pick up the order.
