When you go out youre not just looking for something to eat but also a great experience. The service from the time you are greeted, seated and leaving should be a pleasurable experience. The staff was very welcoming and accomodating. We had Habatchi Grill, (no wait) the Chef was very entertaining as well as professional. The portions were huge and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything had perfect flavor and was cooked to perfection. I never had to ask for a refill because they kept our glasses full. They served a tasty brooth and a little fresh salad. The fresh sauces served on the side with the dish was a wonderful pop of flavor but not necessarily needed because everything was perfectly seasoned. We had the Steak and Chicken and Shrimp and Chicken combo. The fried rice, noodles and fresh vegetables were more than we could eat. The prices were reasonably for the amount of food and service. The only thing I didnt really care for was the added 15% tip to the bill for 2 people. I understand if they want to add a tip to a larger group of 6 or more to make sure they dont get stiffed; but I like to decide how much I leave for a tip. There is a line to add an extra amount for a tip. I did because everything was wonderful. However, it is a huge turn off and if I go back with a larger group I might think twice before I leave an additional tip seeing they want to tell me how much I should tip. If that was not on the bill, I most certainly would have left much more than I did but I find it a bit offensive when they add the tip before you get to decide how much you wanted to leave. Like I said, I go out for the whole experience (& being a Server when I was younger, I understand how hard they work.) Thats the only thing that I dont like about any restaurant. Hopefully I will have consistent good experiences when I go with a larger group. I think Fusion is one of the best restaurants in the South Suburbs! Maybe they should rethink adding a 15% tip on guests with fewer people in them. When most see it added they leave it. If I had a choice, I would have left much more being so happy with their service. A tip is traditionally optional and when you tell people what to do, they psychologically go the opposite direction.

Because my girlfriend and I dont like the same kinds of Asian food, A.Fusion was a good place for us to go. I dont care for Chinese Food, and she doesnt care for sushi. Immediately after being seated, a server brought us hot towels for our hands and took our drink orders. When he returned with out drinks, we ordered two appetizers: Egg Rolls and Crag Rangoon. Both were served steaming hot with sweet and sour sauce. Absolutely Heavenly! For entrees, my girlfriend ordered 3 items thinking that they were small portions. She was completely wrong! The sweet and sour chicken, beef chop suey, and shrimp friend rice were all portions big enough for us to share. She loved as much as she could finish. I had the Spider Maki Roll and the Monster Dragon Roll. Both were beautifully displayed on the plate and I almost forgot that they were both edible. They looked like art and was truly the sushi equivalent of ambrosia! Neither of us finished our food, so we had plenty to take home! I would recommend that you try the Freeze smoothies. They are delicious. I had the coconut freeze smoothie and the coconut flavor was infused perfectly without tasting artificial. In terms of service, A.Fusion cannot be beat. Our server was very attentive without being obtrusive. He made sure that we had everything we needed and kept the soft drinks filled. I had quite a bit of trouble with chopsticks, so he brought me some that were pre-tied at the top so I could get used to using them at home. The receipt says his name was Romklao (Mu) and he is a credit to A.Fusion and the service industry in general. We will return and perhaps next time we will try their hibachi grill. The sounds coming from that part of the restaurant definitely caught my attention. Oh well, maybe next time!

Paid for all you can eat sushi. First order was ok. After that the server told me I couldnt order off the menu for the second order but had to order little two piece orders. Waiter embarassed me in front of important business clients. Owners daughter was unning front of house and gave me some sob story about how other patrons share all you can eat sushi with parties at their tables that did not pay the all you can eat sushi buffet. (My party of four all had and paid for the all you can eat buffet). This 80 dollar meal was a business dinner for a 300k business contract. Hostess did jack to fix it after I requeated another waiter. Just gave lame excuses. THEY WERE MORE THAN INPOLITE AND DOWNRIGHT EMBARASSING DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A BITCHY CHINESE LADY YELLING ABOUT YOU EATING MORE SUSHI FROM THE ALL YOU CAN EAT THAN SHE THINKS YOU SHOULD.

My family and I go here almost every week on Sundays, and its usually great food great service. We went tonight and were seated away from where everyone else was seated even though there were open tables. We normally order from sushi buffet and tonight was no different but it took our waiter forever to even get to our table we had to ask for menus and the first round of sushi my order never came. Waited and waited then another waitress came around and I told her I was still waiting on my food. Never came. I tried talking to who I assume was the owner and he had nothing to say about it after I told him we were being completely ignored. By far the worst service Ive ever had from anywhere period. I dont know what was going on but makes me think twice before returning to a once great restaurant.

Had my food delivered. The portion sizes were ridiculously small compared to the price, and it seemed they realized this when they stuffed the rest of the container with undercooked fried rice. I had four small pieces of beef and undercooked broccoli. When I called and complained, they told me that I ordered wrong. When I explained I had the right food, it was just terrible, the person I spoke to seemed to think I was just trying to get free food. They sent a delivery driver out to get the bad food, with no compensation. I wasnt trying to get free anything, but I literally just paid 10 dollars for 4 bites of beef. Fail.

Loved this place. it was recommended by my younger brother so i went with my family for our anniversary. the portions were HUGE. its is fairly priced. im looking very forward to going back for the all you can eat sushi for $25. The staff was very nice to my kids and even made chopstick buddies so the kids can use chopsticks. The decor was nice and i like how they separated the hibachi grill (think benihana) from the regular restaurant. the food was very good. their pad thai was mostly chicken and shrimp and not as much noodle.(for me this is a good thing. i hate when they skimp on the meat.) i highly recommend.

My wifes order had mushrooms, which werent included on the detailed menu description. No big deal. She sent it back 3 times, cook refused to remove nuts or re-start the order. Floor Manager wouldnt address it, said he was busy with other guests. Waitress (the only helpful person) walked us to the bar to inform owner (owners daughter) who offered no apology and would not even look at us. She literally tossed a coupon in our direction. It was surreal. We thought we were on Punked or Candid Camera. This was the worst dining experience of my life. I wont go there again.
