AWFUL EXPERIENCE. As soon as the waitress came over to take our order, we expressed that my three friends and I would all be paying separately to which she immediately replied that they dont do that any more. We all sat shocked that a restaurant of iHops reputation cant split a bill or at least take our orders as if we were separate tables in a world where few people carry cash to commit to a communal pot for the meal. We hesitated for awhile, wondering if we were going to stay. She then told us shed split it for us and we went on with our business of ordering, relieved. I ordered a stack of pancakes with no butter resting on top of them and bacon that was essentially burnt. I was very clear about this, as I am every time I stop at an iHop. But as soon as I got my food, the only two requests Id made in a very quiet, not very busy restaurant was completely ignored. Butter everywhere that I had to scoop off and dump on a napkin and bacon that was still pink and wriggling. She offered to fix the bacon but just apologized for the pancakes. After Id scooped the butter off into the napkin, I politely asked if I could have another given that mine was now used up. I had to ask two more times before I finally got napkins. All of this would be minor inconveniences that wouldnt warrant complaint except that when we went up to pay our bill and said the waitress had promised shed split it for us, we were told they cant do it and that we were informed incorrectly. SERIOUSLY. WHAT RESTAURANT IN THIS DAY AND AGE CANNOT SPLIT A BILL OR PRETEND WE WERE SEPARATE TABLES. That is amateur bullshit. We all scrambled, trying to separate the bill into various things we had ordered and calculate things up while the cashier and waitress just looked on, unhelpfully. We chose this iHop out of many on our long road trip because of the rating but let me just say that it is not a rating that it deserved. The wait staff is incredibly unhelpful and the meal was very underwhelming with all the orders mistakes. And I repeat... WHY CANT IHOP MANAGE TO SPLIT A BILL.

Decent enough like all other IHOPs. Consistent food quality as with other U.S. locations. Service - 2☆ Some employees are just not customer-service oriented after working long hours/dbl shifts as one employee confessed as her reason for bad service. Primary issue at this location: INSECTICIDE SPRAY This location insists on keeping landscape foilage that attracts and draws insects (Again, non-thinking management including corporate level.) In this woodsy region insects come with the territory. Yet, if you are diagnosed with acute hypersensitivity (overly sensitive) to such toxic sprays WARNING: DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION ever! Annually beginning in April/May they HEAVILY SPRAY INSECTICIDE which management states they are told is supposedly Non-Toxic. Hah! (No idea when theyre being lied to by an outsourced service!) THE last surviving elder in my small family suffered for 3 days after her first visit to this location at a nearby hospital. Per employees, management here is overworking employees who exit causing a higher than necessary turn-over. In turn, this leads to more ill-trained employees who dont do their tasks as well. Hum! You would think management would be smart enough to figure out an amicable and effective resolution. Oh, there are several ways! Overall, a popular location but then as Ive learned in this region DONT FOLLOW THESE LESS HEALTH-CONSCIOUS LOCALS.

Fast friendly service, considering it was easter when I went. The only problem I had was with a large group of people standing at the register while I was there. Please people, I understand that you have a big family. If you need separate checks, please notify your wait person before placing orders. This cuts back on the time and people needed to be at the register in front of the door. Do not place $600 worth of order then expect management to wheedle down each order because 20 people need to pay their portion... To add insult to injury, once one person paid their portion, they should have headed outside. Not continued standing in Line taking up space. And the register is no place for kids to be if they are not paying. Overall, the food was right, and east!

There were no lights on the exterior of the building, including the sign and we werent even sure they were open. We walked in and it was FREEZING in there. After being started, it took about 10 minutes for a woman to finally come over to take our order. Another 5+minutes later she came back to inform me that they were out of the French vanilla coffee that I ordered. She told me I could get an order of French today instead. We told her to just cancel our order and we left.

THE WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD HAIR IN NOT ONE BUT TWO PLATES,MANAGEMENT WAS SARCASTIC AND RUDE. HE DIDNT REALLY CARE ABOUT THE HAIR THE FOOD. AS IF IT WASNT A BIG ISSUE, I WILL BE CONTACTING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT! EVEN TRIED TO ARGUE ABOUT REMAKING PANCAKES THAT WERE BRUNG OUT 10mins BEFORE THE HAIRY FOOD ARRIVED AND THEY WERE UNTOUCHED

Potential... Worked in new one in HAMMOND lasted a week.. Clear as day the discrimination... I got fired for someone yelling at me?? ALL management are Hispanic ALL.. Caucasians GOT 10x more experience and dont even have a chance...Treat there white employees like bottom feeders... Border LINE racism ..

I had a wonderful experience. Restaurant is clean and the staff is very friendly. My server was Elizabeth and even with my handicapped hand I felt very comfortable and she made my morning with her extremely friendly, and courteous customer service. Definitely will be revisiting this establishment!!!!

I ordered the egg white omlet. They brought out my food and it was not prepared correctly. When I asked the manager about it, he told me the avocado wasnt ripe and they couldnt sale it. I told him I should have been told that they didnt have all the ingredients for my order when I placed it.

Waiting service was rather slow and unconcerned with taking my order. While looking around because I was in a rush, the manager personally took my order and it was on my table in a few short minutes. Thank you Christopher for a great breakfast and great customer service.

This IHOP is amazing. Ive had nothing but positive experiences with any staff member Ive ever encountered. I can remember having a misunderstanding once or twice but management is always nearby and on top of things. In my opinion, you wont be disappointed!

I waited over a half hour to be seated. Watched families and people get seated as soon as coming in. I reminded the wait staff that i was just looking for a seat for myself. I ended up just leaving And not being seated. This was beyond a disappointment.

The food here was excellent. Both our meals were very tasty and looked fantastic on the plate. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our server George was one of the best we have encountered. Highly recommended this restaurant for everyone.

The coffee is too weak. The food was ok, I had the Chicken Florentine Crepes. Our server was great she remade coffee for our table twice and it was still unacceptable, they need a new brand of coffee. Otherwise an enjoyable experience.

First the coffee was awful, the bacon was barely cooked, they brought me more bacon it was burnt, my pancake was crunchy, however, they fixed the problem and the waitress was very nice about it. My brother gave her a 10.00 dollars tip.
