I didnt even want to give this place 1 star. The staff here isnt helpful in the least, and the management is even worse. My 21st birthday is on Sat the 17th and I have over 20 people coming, we planned on having it here so I called to make a reservation which I was told I couldnt so I asked what else I could do because I have over 20 people coming to which she was silent so I asked if I could rent the banquet hall for that day and I was told I could but the number on there website didnt work, which I was told after doesnt work anymore so I asked to be transferred over and I was transferred to a "manager" who asked what day I wanted to book the banquet hall for and I told her, she then said I could not book that date because it is a Saturday even though I was told I could and I told her this but she refused so I asked if I could reserve a table if I put money down and she said no so I asked to talk to a manager and she told me she was the manager so I asked what she could do for me because that is over 20 people of business which I would think you wouldnt want to lose but I guess not as she told me quite rudely she couldnt do anything because its policy and I told her they should change that policy to which she said shes sorry I feel that way and that many others have felt that way but the policy has always been that way and will stay that way but we can come and wait anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours to be seated if I like or I can go somewhere else. I wont come back to this location. Ive always love Cheesecake Factory and Ive never had any problems before at any of there locations but this one is just awful

After a few visits, I am torn. The service and food have both been good and bad on separate occasions. Ive had occasions where the service was poor, like extremely poor. I understand servers can have a bad day, however appropriate direction is very important and made the visit a lot less fun. During this time, the food was fine, I had no complaints other than it seemed slightly over priced. On the reverse occasion, our server was wonderful and kind, however the food was incredibly unacceptable. One dish had undercooked food, while the other had a multitude of hairs scattered in it. This was very unfortunate and ruined multiple appetites that day. Pros: -the food tastes good (any mishaps put aside) -the cheesecakes are magnificent! -appealing decor -fun and polite servers (mishaps aside) Cons: -easy to miss as its all below street level -overpriced compared to food prepared -massive selection can be overwhelming to order -consistently having problems with some aspect of the visit Overall: While I may not return any time soon, it still has a few points to keep in mind. The server is obviously a day to day thing, one which you may or may not experience. If an issue continues with the food, then that is a health concern, one which you should always be on the lookout for. A nicely dressed restaurant with a few things it could definitely improve on.

We had been wanting to eat here since we missed the opportunity this last time we were in the city. Very disappointing. After a short wait to be seated we gave our order and did not here from our waiter until well after the food arrived. I believe it was a manger that came over about an hour after we ordered and said the pasta did not come out as they had wanted and my daughters pasta would be about 5 more minutes but they would bring out my burger. About 5 minutes later her pasta came and still no burger. When it finally came we had waited on our food for an hour and 10 minutes. The burger was suppose to be medium but was overcooked, dry and tasted burnt on the edges. I receive 100 times better food at our local Applebees. Our waiter was no where to be found. Finally got a refill after 15 minutes after the food arrived, which I had tried stopping 2 other waiters during our ridicously long wait. I could not eat my food and my daughters tasted like something out of a box. I just wanted to leave and forgot the experience. Finally got the check and paid. I did not leave a tip, which I always do, because of the extremely poor service. I would not recommend The Cheesecake Factory to anyone. It was my birthday and wanted to try the cheesecake but did not want to waste more of our day just for another disappointment.

The positives : nice food, good menu, reasonable value The negatives: service, toilets, temperature. We arrived at 5 p.m. on Saturday. It was busy. Guy at reception was excellent. Very friendly. Offered us a table at the back. It was freezing. He sorted out another table. Heard him tell later diners that he had tables at the back, but it was cold back there as TCF have no control over the AC in the building. Some tried the cold tables, some took them, some opted to wait for another table. We ordered & seemed to wait quite a time for our starters. The food was good though. Another wait for mains, with the waiter being obsequious every time he passed - as if this made the wait OK. Mains arrived in stages. Mine was fine, my daughters fries were cold and my wifes fries were missing. They arrived in phase two. Refills of drinks was very efficient. Ordered desert but made it very clear that we didnt want whipped cream - guess what we got? Waiter explained how it wasnt his fault - problem solved, as far as he was concerned. Service?? The toilets were awful. When my daughter and a number of others complained, the answer they got was : its not TCFs fault, they use the ones in the building!! I would not recommend this restaurant - judge it by the attitude of the people - and the hygiene.

You wait a very long time to eat in a bizarre looking dining area (my table mates said it makes them think of the pictures from colonoscopy results, haha). So as you dine from the inside of the small intestine, you realize that the food is not great, not even very good. My family likes this place so we went. I will attempt to talk them out of it next time. The prices are too high. How can these average tasting dishes cost so much!!!??? The cheesecake was pretty good, though steeply priced as well. This is a fine example of a staple place that really doesnt live up to its name. The food maybe is 3 stars, but with such a high price, it goes down to 1 star. The cheesecake is 4 stars but again balances to 2 stars at such a ludicrous price. The service is quite good at 4 stars and overall look of the place was so bizarre that it is 2 stars. Wait is a factor at 1 star for not being worth the wait! Service and good cheesecake saves this from a one star review. Sorry for the critical review but so much hype, folks should know it doesnt live up!
