Ive been going to Round the Clock for the past 17 years. Ever since I was four years old. The Highland location was fantastic. The food was great, the servers were very friendly as well. When I moved to Schererville I was excited at the fact that the Schererville location was literally right in my backyard. A couple of months have pass and I am making a statement. If I give the Highland location a 9/10, I give the Schererville location a 2/10. Just today I ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, which comes with breaded buffalo chicken, I get it and it was just a grilled chicken sandwich. I let the waitress know the mistake, and not even 30 seconds later and get the sandwich back. I was a tad surprised, however I saw that the cooks didnt take the time to remake it. They took it and slabbed it with buffalo sauce and called it a day. Not even giving a damn. A week ago I had French Toast that tasted like the bread was stale, and the employees look like theyd rather be at home than be working there. - Multiple times I have had bad service, to the point where i can tell on the employees faces that they seem to be having a bad day, or just pissed. Unprofessional. - Multiple times I have received a poor quality/wrong meals. Unfortunate. I rate this establishment a GENEROUS 2 out of 5.

I have been going to Round the Clock for 10 years, and am not going to go anymore. My last 3 experiences at this establishment have been lackluster at best. Three times ago myself and two of my friends got sick after eating the 4 for 4, it could have been we just woke up and ate too early, but it still occurred. My second to last time, my girlfriend found a long, black hair in her food and was disgusted, but that does happen in restaurants so I could even understand that one. My last visit there was this morning, we got our food extremely fast, in 4 minutes to be exact, which was odd. My girlfriend had a breakfast skillet and as she ate she realized something was off. She asked me to taste it and I did. The sausage in the skillet was raw. They were busy and I understand mistakes happen, but no one mistakenly serves raw food. They only took the skillet off the bill and instead of paying just for normal biscuits and gravy side she paid for the full price. It is such a shame because the food used to be great, but I have been very disappointed in the quality and will not go here again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Today was my FIRST AND LAST time going to this place they call a business. I ordered two orange juices with my meals but then changed my mind about the drinks. The lady told me she wish i wouldve told her that because they cant pour them back in the machine. That instantly pissed me off. Then I ordered two breakfast combos which both came with TWO pieces of bacon and TWO pieces of sausage so there should be FOUR of each. When i received my order there was four pieces of bacon but only two pieces of sausage. So when i told the manager i should have two more sausages she told me that one sausage link replaces two pieces of bacon. Doesnt make sense. She then went back and got NOT TWO but ONE more sausage. She kept having an attitude so i just said i wanted my money back. She said she couldnt give it back so i went home and found corporate phone number to get my money back and a free meal.

Our server was Ashley Sencaj and she was super nice. Our food was terrific. Margret I believe her name was, and was a manager was very rude to her employees. She cursed several times in front of me and my 2 year old. She made a rude comment about Mexicans saying one of her employees could hardly speak English. In the process of saying this, my Mexican grandmother was sitting with me. Margret seemed to hardly care about her employees, and the way she was acting her customers. Overall my visit was terrific, margret was our main issue tonight.

The food was delicious but the service sucked! We had a party of 6 and were so dissapointed with server! Had to ask for our rolls and she didnt refills our drinks! My son kept saying "mommy Im thirsty." Asked waiter for water she says "ok!" But then went straight to another table to take their order and never gave us the water! Then food arrives the waiter took the last 2 rolls not asking if we were done with them and forgot to give us our free pie with our meal. I hope to Never go back and tell everyone dont go here!

Our quality of service was horrendous.. Waitress was very unfriendly and at times very rude. Our food didnt arrive until 30 minutes after we ordered! Once our food did arrive we found a long piece of hair in the cheese burger and told our waitress, who didnt apologize. Rather she just took our plate and made us wait another 15 minutes until they made a new cheese burger. We had to ask another waitress to refill our drinks and get us napkins. Overall just an awful experience! Would not recommend that location.

Our waiter got us our drinks(got them wrong). He was yelling through the kitchen window at the cooks then proceeded to go in and out of the kitchen and everytime he came back out of the kitchen hed look at us then go back and to yelling and going into the kitchen so we finally got up in left! The food isnt even that great and they werent busy at all the parking lot had around 5 cars. Finally got up and left! Dont go, go to Bakers Square its so much cheaper and the food is fantastic and cheap!!

My wife, daughter, son-in-law and I went there for breakfast hoping to get the 4 for 4. However, we were too late. It was on a Sunday. The manager, however, gave us a 10% military discount. The food was excellent; the quantity was excellent also. The best part of this visit was the waitress, Jan. She was way too funny. She made us all laugh and was a great waitress. We never wanted for coffee. Our breakfast arrived hot. I highly recommend this Round the Clock

Hadnt been to RTC in a few years and the place did not disappoint. The portions are huge and the price is average and definately worth every penny.. the clock tower burger is huge and delicious. Fries are fresh not fond of the seasoning salt but thats an personal preference. Onion rings are on point and remind you of a pub style order of rings.. would suggest this place to everyone. There is something for everyone even the most picky eater

Absolutely disgusting, they dont even deserve 1 star! The food was gross. My eggs had an old taste to them and my toast looked like it was dunked in dark yellow butter, and the bacon was well undercooked. on top of all that there was nats on my food as soon as they set it on the table. Never again will I ever eat at this place and Ill be sure to tell everyone I know to not eat there as well.

Ive been coming here for years. The decor was recently redone a couple years ago giving it an updated unique look instead of your typical generic family restaurant look. The menu is big and for the most part the food is good, not great. This is not fine dining, but its a solid 4. Ill come back again, but just because its nearby and theres nothing really all that bad to complain about.
