Alrighty then, this tale is as old as time. Walking in on a rather already exciting drive over to Red Lobster. We were ready to sit down and relax for a nice dinner. No wait to seat us, the place was busy but not packed. So here comes the magic... Boom I know you wanted to say it too! Brandi comes over and introduces herself very well and goes straight to business. Thinking she is all business she takes our order and walks off after making a joke about onions. Now Brandi has our attention she doesnt say too much but just the right amount and keeps the energy flowing. I know what your thinking its that good and only 4 stars. Yeah has no reflection on Brandi she gets a 5 but place was a bit dirty. They dont seem to pay attention to the spots that arent in your face. Food was good as well couldve served a larger portion of lobster meat for the lobster tacos but I managed just fine. We will be going back and whoever goes look for Brandi! Cant miss her has a beauty and the beast rose tattoo on her right arm.

It is a bit expensive for what you get, what you do get is pretty good. All the reviewers here will talk about the endless shrimp. Well, thats their mistake. whenever you buy something thats unlimited you have to take into account that the restaurant has to make money on this as well. Therefore you cant expect the shrimp to be top notch. I will admit that this endless shrimp deal was disappointing, but I go there for things like the salmon and let me tell you, its good stuff. The waiters and waitresses are always there to refill my drink when its necessary. the food that is made to order tastes great, and quite frankly the atmosphere is spot on. If you go to place like Red Lobster, you should be buying something off the menu, not some buffet style food. Do that and you should get something you wont regret.

Reservations made, arrived at Red Lobster, Joliet Lewis Mall on time to celebrate a 21st Birthday. There was a reservation confusion, table for 10 was not ready and was told there would be a wait. Agitation at hand, and four staff members later, I became extremely upset. Finally Manager Chastity said she would take the situation in hand . The table provided was not suitable, but Chastity soon managed another table. We were seated, served promptly, attentively treated by the staff with complimented appetizers. Manager Chastity and the waitress worked hard to provided excellent service after all. Thank you both. The Birthday dinner was a success.

Wasnt satisfied with my meal. I normally order catfish when I visit this place and it has always been a generous portion. This visit, it they were the size of large bluegills! In hindsight, I should of said something about it. Our waitress was very nice but I didnt appreciate her circling the tip portion on my receipt. I was trying to look at other checks in her section to see if this was her normal habit but couldnt really tell. But mine was done in a blue highlighter! Unfortunately, she lost her 20% and only got 18%. I will typically tip very well for good service, but you trying to point it out is tacky.

We are here having a big family dinner, my Aunt received her ceasar salad and it was a hand sanitizer wipe barried under the salad. The lettuce didnt look fresh and all the manager said was "Im sorry, those wipes are over the salad, did you want another salad". Didnt offer anything else. We eat at this Red Lobster all the time and never had an issue. So 10 mins later the manager came back and did tell my Aunt that she would take care of her meal. We appreciate it but all she had to do was say that the first time. Also, the silverware was dirty.

Swimming in butter and grease. Quality of the food is severely lacking. Value is not there especially since the prices are what you would expect to pay for gourmet dining. Every dish we ordered was greasy. The pasta was literally dripping in butter and overcooked. Very disappointing. We used to love the Red Lobster restaurant when we lived near Savannah, Georgia so cant understand why this restaurant is so bad. To be fair, the biscuits are very good.

I waited almost one year to get to one of my favorite restaurants, just to have a really bad experience. What is usually really good food, wasnt that great. The waitress was the biggest problem. She got my order incorrect, was argumentative and not pleasant. She then re-order ed half my order, then tried to add something else on my bill. I was so dissatisfied.

Fantastic service!! Yolanda H was our waitress and she was very friendly, down to earth, and just overall a quick and helpful server. Thus location has been great everytime Ive visited and Im overall impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the food is always hot and delicious. Endless shrimp is always a great time of year!

I felt very rushed during my meal. I came here with my husband after christmas shopping to enjoy a nice, quiet, slow dinner. The service slow, the dishes from the first course was left on the table while I had my main course. The I received the bill before I was even halfway done with my meal. Over all a not so pleasant experience!!

Most disappointing $90 dinner ever! Service was terrible. Waited 15 minutes after being seated for anyone stoped by our table. Food came out cold. Waited 20 minutes for a check. Server was mostly MIA. They have lost me as a costumer. Need to be able to give negative star rating!

Awesome dining environment especially for couples. Nice design and layout giving each table some privacy, the lighting is darkened leading to a romantic type feel and the service staff was above and beyond. Very happy with this Red Lobster

Best biscuits ever!!! Unlimited biscuits will are your day... try the shrimp pasta! Location is perfect and staff is courteous. Clean and ample seating... highly recommended lo Arion and as always great affordable food choices!

Apparently reservation means "not reserved". Arrived to find out my reservation was a "call ahead" and had to wait a half hour for our table. Why tell us its a reservation if you dont take them??

This is the worst seafood Ive ever had. the crab legs were very salty and how can you mess up a baked potatoe. I Will never eat red lobster again, Joes crab shack is my seafood place for life.

Pictures on the menu do not match what you get. Had the shrimp and lobster Alfredo. It was not chunks of the seafood like pictured. It looked like it was scraped out of a package.
