I came in with my fiancé and his parents 2 days ago for what could be considered dinner because it was 4:30pm. The food was absolutely amazing, as always, nothing to say there. But, the service was horrible. My fiancé and I are servers as well so we notice things as far as service and food that maybe people who dont work in the industry do notice. For it to be a higher up resturant we do expect a little bit more from the service. The server never introduced herself nor did she offer any recommendations. She never even had a smile on her face and honestly it seemed like we were bothering her everytime we said something and she always replied with a rude tone. The curious part about it is when I got up to go to the restroom, my fiancé and I noticed that she had a completely different additude with another table, even laughing and being very attentive. I would hate to think that the difference of attitude had to do with our race, seeing that every other tables she had were White couples and we are Hispanic. I would hate to think that what bothered her was that we spoke in spanish to eachother. But truthfully that is the impression she left, since the other tables were White couples and just listening to her talk to those tables she had a completely different additude. As servers ourselves (my fiancé and I), we do notice those things. And it seemed extremely disrespectful to me and our group the way she treated us. Im not sure when and if we will go back but if we do, I hope the service is better by then.

Last night my husband and I stopped in for a quick dinner on the way to a concert. The hostesses were friendly. We were sat right away and waited for a server. After about 4 minutes of not being greated by a server, I asked the bartender if we moved to the bar would she wait on us. Leslie smiled and said sure come on. Leslie recommended drinks and was very informative on the surrounding area. Our food was fast and perfect. We will definitely stop back by anytime we are in the area. Thanks Leslie.

Not just one of the worst locations of an already bad chain, but one of the worst restaurants Ive ever eaten at, period. The quality difference between this location and the one in Pensacola is night and day. Sour servers, crap food, uncomfortable interior, tight parking, why would any sane person choose this? Honestly, if my choices for seafood were this Red Lobster or an hours drive to the beach to get something else? Im making the hours drive. Thats how bad it is.

Very disappointed, the service was good but the food left a lot to be desired way to greasy. And we never got our appetizer when I discussed it with the manager she agreed to a discount which turned out to be taking off the appetizer we didnt get. We wont be back for just a little more we can go to the causeway. I wish I could do a negative star!

Food was good, and service started off well. Unfortunately, by the end of the meal we had to wait for a long while to get our check. Finally the manager noticed is sitting there and came over to ask if there was something wrong. He quickly got our bill and even took off one of the appetizers. Saved the evening.

The waitress was very pleasant but I was charged for food I didnt order, I never received everything I did order. I thought the check was a little off but didnt want to make a scene in front of my family. I checked it when I got home and I was charged for items that was already included in our meal. Never again!

The place smelled like a dirty pamper. The food was horrible, then we left a cash tip after we paid with our debit card. The waitress took it upon herself to add another tip on my card!!! Never ever ever again. I will go somewhere with fresh food that doesnt have thieves working for them!

Worst experience ever at a Red Lobster. The food was horrible, a bald waiter who did not have a clue what he was doing brought the desert before the main course forgot what we ordered and had sweat dripping from his head. Carpets were nasty and we saw a dead roach. Never again for me.

Came last time for my daughters birthday and it was terrible. Food was good but service was terrible. Waited over ten minutes to even be greeted, all the silverware was dirty... This time except for having to wait over five minutes at the door for hostess to show up its been awesome

There wasnt a wait to be seated at 2 pm on a Sunday and our server, Crystal, was quite nice. The Maine lobster bake was a bit salty and the small lobster tails are tiny; the diced tomatoes are just to add color to the dish. However, the whiskey sour and wildrice pilaf were good.

Dirty, poorly maintained chain restaurant. The menu pages were stuck together and everything felt covered in a film of sticky grease. The service was painfully slow and inattentive. The food was gross and on par with what you would see at a cheap all you can eat buffet.

I decided to give red lobster another try after 30yrs. Only because i receive a gift card service was great but the seafood came out of a box not fresh the biscuits was good but i know they sell those to in the box .red lobster need to step up their game

Seaside Shrimp Trio was exceptional, although the king crab wasnt too much to talk about. The restaurant was very empty at the time and the atmosphere was nice with pleasant music. Overall great place but needs a little bit more energy overall.

They were ran out of the wine we wanted, the salmon and dressings for the salad... Lobster was nothing special. Our server was nice but not professional. They took their time to attend us and different waiters came to our table.

I wish i could give a great rating, but my famly was never seated. We waited for 45 minutes and was ignored. No one seen us so we just left and went to Fridays and got seated right away i might. Bad service!
