Last night experience was terrible. made a reservation for my mothers birthday at 5:30PM there was myself and 5 other family members we all ordered at the same time at around like 5:45- 6pm. I order the grand seafood feast as well as my father, at about 6:20 or so the food arrived to the table but needless to say my meal did not arrive at the same time as everyone elses mine arrived 45 mins after the fact. the excuse was that the cook did not realize that he did not have enough shrimp on the steamer and did not put anymore out because they were really busy. our server victor came out numerous times to apologize about the wait and inform me they are still cooking my meal. when I finally go my meal the shrimp was over done and the shell was coming off with the shrimp when I was trying to eat it. also my fathers grand seafood feast was all over done. my mother and my cousin order the roasted brussell sprouts which were completely burnt and gross my aunt had the steak which was tough. and at this point we had asked to speak to the manager on duty whos name is Lisa H we were told by our server that she said she is to busy to come out and speak with us, we asked she cannot not even take a minute to come apologize to us he said no. then when we were about to leave the manager Lisa came out with a tray of food for another table and completely walked right past our table without even saying a word, then she completely walked past our table again going back in the kitchen without even saying a word again, this manager should be fired for not having any business equiette and having a server apologize on her behalf. she should not be a manager at any restaurant. Horrible Horrible Manager. I would not give any stars but I have to give a star in order to post this.

Door staff was nice, the wait wasnt long. First time eating and visiting at this establishment with 3 other guest. The waitress started off nice. We all ordered the Endless shrimp. The waitress did not explain the rules; if it was any to go buy dealing with this Endless Shrimp deal. After she brought out our first order she put in the second orders of shrimp. We wanted another order and she started bringing out boxes. After we told her we wasnt ready she decided to ask us if we wanted our shrimp-n-pasta in boxes. Of course I didnt think anything was wrong. But shes telling the other guest once you put the order in boxes your order stops. Im like, "Wait She Never Told Us That." The manager came over with a great personality and she tried to fix what the waitress messed up. The waitress was very rude and her attitude stink. The other workers kept shaking there head like she just keeps messring up orders. By the time our check came we asked for change so we could leave the proper tip, the waitress puts the money on the table and walks away...like really!!! Not only was that rude but it was very unprofessional. I promise if I ever come back to visit family I will never eat at this establishment again...I would rather go to KFC across the street.

I am usually a big fan of Red Lobster. Its one of mine and my husbands go to places for a casual date night. However we tried this location for the first time for a family gathering and the food was incredibly disappointing. The drinks were watered down, biscuits didnt have enough seasoning, the salad was drowning in dressing and the entree was very overcooked and under seasoned. The service was just fine but Id never go to this location again.

The food is always good and the staff is always friendly and attentive to what you need. Ive been dining here for over 25 years, about 2x per month, most months, and have never had any issues and from time to time the staff exceeds expectations. I will continue to dine here!!!

I mostly go to Red Lobster for the cheddar bay biscuits and the baked potatoes. Everything else is good, but not amazing. The specials on the fresh fish menu often have way too much going on and I usually end up disappointed with them. Basic shrimp is still the best bet.

Lobster tails were old an way over cooked an too expensive here but service was awesome make sure to bring your wallet an dont expect great food just good service I wont return probably especially on my fathers birthday.

They always talk about their Seafood. ...its excellent, like everybody knows. But for the non-seafood lovers; the FOOD IS STILL EXCELLENT. Their steaks, their pasta selections and their biscuits are all to die for!

Went for dinner with my husband to celebrate my birthday. Lobster was over cooked, soggy and salty. Would have returned it but it was too late in the evening. My husbands dish was dry and certainly not memorable.

Well the service was OK. They took a very long time seating 9 people. Did I mention there was so much hair in the product that we decided to leave. I dont believe that this was a great place to visit.

Love when they have all you can eat shrimp special. Worth it. There is only one thing that there is a ride hostess on staff otherwise everything else is awesome.

Very friendly staff and clean restaurant. However, the fried shrimp were kind of hard, though the cheese biscuits and cole slaw continue to be very good.
