Love pizza hut, but absolutely hate this one. Slow and not worth it. Like you dont expect to wait 2 hrs for delivery from pizza hut. I would rather they just say its going to be a long wait and confirm that Im okay with that rather than have me waiting at the supposed time and they know they wont be even close to getting there. And even when they do say the time for the wait, they guess wayyyy too low. Online it said it would be ready by 8:20. Then they called and said 9. It got here at 10ish.....they close at 10. And it was missing one of my marinara sauces. I started to be petty and call for my 50 cents, but they were closing as the pizza got here so who wouldve answered. Plus i ordered ham on my pizza, literally chunks of fat from the ham. Thats not only gross and lazy, thats disrespectful. Im a paying customer and deserve to be treated with respect and dignity. If they didnt have any or were low, they couldve easily picked up the phone and called to tell me. I was going to give them another chance (mostly because Papa Johns doesnt deliver to me) but it said a 2 hour wait...in their time warped world that probably means sometime tomorrow... and its going to be missing something. At their prices, I expect quick and accurate delivery. The ones Ive gone to in the city are on point and if theres an issue they discount your order or refund your money as necessary. And if youve waited an unusually long time and call to check on your order, its either a nice discount, or free as a way to encourage you to give them another try. And if they forgot something, theyre getting in the car to bring it as theyre apologizing. Wrong pizza or not the correct ingredients? Keep it and your actual order is on the way at no additional cost. This pizza hut needs to get it together

This location is super slow. Theyll tell you your order will be ready in 15 minutes, then youll get there and wait an additional 20-30 minutes almost every time. And dont expect an apology after waiting 30 extra minutes. Youll be lucky if you get a thank you half the time. It also doesnt seem very sanitary, shouldnt people preparing food be wearing gloves? Or hair nets? Also, last time while I was waiting, I saw the girl take a pizza out of the oven. And I swear to God, I saw her take something off the top of the pizza and put it in her mouth. I dont know if it was a sausage or what but it was disgusting. Why are you picking toppings off of a pizza someone is paying for? Im pretty sure people dont want their food handled in that manner. Because of these issues, I dont go here anymore. They need a MAJOR overhaul.

Never again I had an email sent saying I would get my pizza at 7:20 and did not come till 8:05. Then when the I handed the guy my money and was waiting for him to give me my order he told me to grab it out his delivery bag!!!!! SMH When i open the box the pizza was paper thin and cold! Being a family of 7 this was a treat for us since we do not eat out! We were all looking forward to this mostly the kids. Sad to say this was a terrible place to get pizza! Never again!!!! Attention everyone dont waste your time!

I sat on hold 15 mins then they hung up on me so I came in to the location a customer was standing up front 15 mins before greeted. Another lady came in and asked the guy for something he never returned. She left upset I placed my order and waited a hour on a slow Wednesday. While waiting the phones where ringing off the hook and the employies would not pick up the phone at all for orders to be placed. Never will I come here again I u wonder why this location sells are down now u know

Absolutely do not order here, the workers do not properly handle food. If you take a look in the back kitchen you will see for yourself. Sometimes they do not wear gloves or hairnets. Last time going to this location after I got sick after eating the buffalo wings. I should of known. Also, the delivery times are ridiculous. Do not even expect a thank you when you tip one of the drivers.

Their service and food is horrible. They never answer the phone and when they do they keep you on hold forever. The delivery takes around 3 hours on average, and your food is never right. Then when you do go in the restaurant. The employees are so busy playing tag there not concerned with the customers. Worst pizza hut ever. Go to the one in south holland.

Ive never had such bad pizza from pizza hut ever it tastes stale, hardly had any sauce, and just straight up tasted bad. To top it all off i had ordered it as a carry out so I can walk in and walk right back out, the said it would be ready at 7:15 and my pizza ended up being ready at about 7:50 so they made me wait. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut.

This location is slow sometimes. Its Wednesday not Friday & when my order went through online it said 2+ hours for deliveyr. (Ordered at 7:38 with delivery time 9:48) Here it is 10:22pm (theyre closed) and I have yet to receive my food. If possible it might be best to pick it up. The few times I have the wait didnt seem too long.

After a bad experience 2 years ago, thought I would give them a go again. Turns out not much has changed. It took 2 and a half hours after the estimated time for the delivery guy to show up. I was not even 2 miles north of the store in a hotel. On top of that, the guy had to go back, because he had the wrong order!

Customers of our business order from this location often. The place is about 2 miles down the street and the orders are always late. More often than not they end up calling us for directions to our location which theyve delivered to several times. I dont know about the food quality but the service sucks.

horrible service. ..had to wait almost 40 minutes. .add the pizza was horrible to.. I stood there for a couple of minutes. ..and the phone was ringing off the hook. .they acted like it wasnt even ringing. ..oh ..I tried calling my order in. and all I got was the recording to order online. ..

Took over two hours to deliver two pizzas. The quote time was a hour fifteen minutes. When my wife called the worker who answered the phone was rude to her and hung up on her. The pizza is garbage, delivery is extremely slow, and people are rude. Order someplace else.

I ordered and they charged my card. It was supposed to take 30-45 minutes, but Ive been waiting about an hour. When I called I was put on hold, and when someone finally answered they were silent and just hung up. I called again and was put on hold for about 10 minutees.

This place is horrible. They told me my food would get to my house by 7:45pm it didnt come until 8:15. The food was cold and to top it off I had to bring one of the pizzas back because it was all over the box. I wish I could add the picture of the pizza.
