I just went to this establish tonight, hoping to eat a meal that would satisfy my late night cravings. (This event occurred around 10pm) I and my friend approached the drive-thru, we sat there for a minute. Finally, someone spoke to us. The issue was they ran out of Mild chicken and only had two Mild. The girl told me I could do the option of two mild breasts and one spicy, then she kept getting confused by what I saying. She told me, "I dont know why you keep saying yeah, when I told you we ran out of Mild". I told her, "I keep saying YEAH! because I want the option you just gave me?!". The fact that she said that was rude as hell. I want to call corporate and have her fired. Maybe, shell know how to actually serve good customer service. Frivilous incompetent simpleton.

This place is not for the meek and timid and for that matter the young and restless either. As a matter of fact, the Popeyes on this particular corner is not for anyone who doesnt already reside on or directly around it. If you are one that favors the life on a corner and all the corner repeated activities that come with that choice of lifestyle then there Popeyes that does occupy most of where you favor. Oh and there always out of green beans, go to Harrols across t he street if you are looking for good chicken. Plus its not on a corner either.

I wish I had read the reviews first! The lady at the window was very rude. I asked her for jelly she gave me one pack. I asked her for a fork, she looked at me over the side of her shoulder and with a bad attitude said "I gave you one". I asked her again, she turned and walked away and finally came back with a fork and a nasty attitude. She didnt give me any napkins. I just find it weird that she acted as if I was wrong for asking for a fork. Lol The attitude was worst than anything else though. Smh.

I would rate them a -10 if i could. I get to the drive-thru an hour before close and very say theyre only accepting cash on the sign posted on the menu. Then it no one answer to me when Im at the drive-thru so I pull up to the window no one answers me then either. Finally I went inside and they told me they were closed. Is it up to the employees discretion to close the restaurant whenever they feel like it?

I love this place for their red beans and rice. Amazingly, the lines for waiting to place an order in this restaurant are usually long and slow. It is not unusual to have to wait for your order to cook (as if they had no idea customers would want to buy chicken). The customer service here is certainly far below par. Another one of those places that has bulletproof glass.

Went to the drive thru at 10:45 on a Saturday and the cashier stated that they were closed. We said the time says 12:99 midnight, her response was " somebody lied, have a good night". That would have never happened in a white neighbor and you wonder why we dont patronize out establishments. The reviews were correct beware of this location.

My side orders looked as if they used a teaspoon to measure it. The container cant get any smaller and they dont fill it. I thought it was probably just a fluke,but Ive been back on two other occasions and the same results. Obviously, they trained to short these orders. They must save a bundle because this adds up. I will not be back!

Horrible service. Went through the drive thru for 2 people. Gave the attendant our first order and she gives us the amount .. So we say we arent finished and she ignores us. Then we say "hello?" and she says with attitude "Im packing it up now." So we drove off.

Customer service is terrible. Theyre often out of chicken, especially if you come in after 8:00pm. Im sure the owner is unaware of how the employees treat the customers, if he/she wants to keep business, some changes need to be made.

This is the slowest Popeye I have been to in a while. There credit card machine does not work at all, all the employees are talking among themselves and and there only on cashier when there is five + more waiting to purchase food.
