The food tastes good at this White Castle location. But this is the longest I have ever had to wait for any fast food in my lifetime... and the wait is consistent. Everytime I go I have to wait 15 to 25 minutes for an order. The employees dont even seem to notice. Several times Ive seen many people leave because the wait is just so ridiculous. The employees are always nice and pleasant while making customers wait. You can even get a pleasant farewell greeting when they tell you goodbye after waiting 25 minutes and still havent made an order. Once I waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes, then went inside 20 more minutes thinking this may be faster. Before myself and for other customers just left.

They had us wait at the drive thru for 15 minutes then the employee finally took our order. As we are approaching the window, the employee is talking with her friends in the car in front of us. We ask for the manager and she shows no concern for the satisfaction of the customers and says that we shouldve just waited.

Service is horrible not to mention when you order you have to wait 10-15 mins just to place your order in the drive through ,some of the workers are rude it is by far the worst white castle to go to if you want fast service

Really not fond of this location. Their receiver speaker for drive thru is broken so they are prone to mess up orders. They NEVER have ketchup packets and they are slow. Very crowded at night and once again extremely slow.

Poor service.....waited 35 minutes for a very small order and couldnt wait any longer. Completely lost and uncaring staff at this location. Avoid this particular location if you dont like playing the waiting game.
