What happened to this place? It use to be amazing, but after today being away for a while I can tell it has changed and not in a good way. The pancakes for dry and tasteless. The skillets arent flavorful or full anymore. And the prices are stupid high. Should have know when I saw the menu and it was completely different, something was off. I will not be coming back. Its changed way to much from when I came here previously over the years.

How do four servers and a busser stand by the terminal mere feet from a table crowded with stacks of plates? Better question how do 3 servers walk past the stacks of plates on an empty table? The eggs were fine but a little more attention to detail (like guests with empty plates 15 minutes that they then moved themselves) would be nice

Never coming back to this place.if you are going to be my server I need you to smile and not give me attitude my food was cold they forgot my pancakes horrible service. There was no manager on the floor and it seems that place is unorganized and one of the servers was arguing with the host please keep your arguements somewhere else

I dont know if its under new management but the menu has changed and so has the dynamic of the food, not good at all. The Egg & I is usually packed, it was a ghost town. There was more workers than patrons. I dont recommend The Egg & I ....

Try their new green smoothie oh so delicious. Went here with a large crowd of about 20 they were happy to accommodate us. Food was delicious staff was helpful our waitress even split our check without being asked.

Servers seemed nice. Ours wasnt bad. The hostess/cashier seemed a little aloof but she was not rude. Food portions were huge and they have a couple of fresh juice options that were pretty tasty. Id go again

Friendly staff, good food and quick service! Everytime I go I enjoy my food. I wish the huevos rancheros were bigger because its soooo good! Overall its nothing fancy but I enjoy it!
