This place is not worth the money you spend for the food. Service is horrible. Will never go back. Waitress was pleasant at first and then she couldnt get things right and was just all over the place. She then lost a receipt and came back to the table and was screaming at us telling us she needed the receipt and she didnt have it and she had no reason to lie and we should look for it. We had no reason to lie either. The card had already been swiped. We put the receipt in with the money. I believe she went back and found the receipt but never came over to apologize. I spoke to the Manager and she said that she yells at them if they dont have a receipt but it was ok she wouldnt yell at her because the card had been swiped. After all that the waitress returns and tells us that her Manager said if we are going to sit and listen to the music we had to buy something else or there was a charge of $15 per person to sit and listen to the music. We had just spent over $200. There were empty tables and no one waiting in line to sit. That was uncalled for and RUDE. We left and will NEVER be back. You shouldnt be rude to your customers. They are the ones that spread the word. I had heard this place had BAD REVIEWS, but we thought we would check it out for ourselves. Well I cant say enough that this place is to costly for the so so food and will not be going back.

The wait staff was polite and friendly. That is about the only positive at this place. If only they had spent as much time on the food as they had on the design. Had brisket, pulled pork, and a burger in our party. Very high price for extremely small servings. The meat lacked any sort of smoke flavor and was undercooked/overcooked and not tender at all. Beer also pretty steep for what it was. Alerted Mgr of the poor quality meat, amd they offered to make me another sandwich, or a discount. Ended up being around 5% off the normal price. I could understand there being a bit of a learning curve for a new restaurant, bit this place has other locations, so they ahould be on the ball with smoking their meat. Highly advise against going here, especially with Bombers in Muenster being so close. Had high hopes for a new local bbq joint and had a big let down :(

The porkchop was fried and seasoned to perfection! Delicious. The bacon maple glazed donuts were ok, the twist of bacon was a bit much....but still gets a thumb up. The platter was only enough for one, and it costs as much as a platter from Famous Daves, which easily feeds 2-3. I was told that the bread pudding was a bit dry, but the flavor was there. Reason for three stars? A little pricey for location. A little pricey, in general....and I am usually not one who takes a whole lot of issue with cost. Restrooms were not tidy at all and are positioned awkwardly. I will probably need to try this place again, just to be fair.....maybe they need to get some kinks out of the chain. Has great potential & brings a bit of excitement to the area! Definitely could use some tweaking.

My first visit here I called in for takeout. The salmon and greens were okay and overpriced. I decided to give it a second try. My second visit here I brought my family, a party of 5. Parking was horrible! And there are only about 12 tables in this place. 1 table was reserved, which couldve have sat my party. We waited an hr and still had no seating. (The party who had the reserved table still hadnt showed up) We went to Beggars pizza instead, which was delicious as always. I was excited about this place being close to home, but I wont be returning. The idea of the restaurant was not thought out completely. Its apart of a chain and they should be able to accommodate ALL customers.

I really wanted to like this restaurant and was excited that it moved into the community. On the plus side, wait staff was friendly and suggested an entree when asked. Now to the food... I ordered the rib tips. The sauce was flavorful but the meat was dry and flavorless. It tasted as if it was cooked the day before and reheated. My husband ordered the fried chicken. When it arrived it appeared to be fried very "hard"-not tender and juicy. He remarked that it also lacked flavor and ANY seasoning. I was hoping for better and will be hesitant to return unless the food quality (and preparation) improves.

I have no idea why this place would have three stars! My family and I stopped in randomly as we were passing through on a trip. I live in TN and have never had better BBQ. The pulled pork the brisket were A+! Also my son had chicken and waffles with fried chicken stops and they were to die for. So were the desserts especially the cinnamon roll! I had 2 $$$$ meals in Chicago that werent even close. The place was also clean and I liked the rustic style. I will make sure to stop next time Im passing through!

The waitress was nice and friendly, very attentive, nice look to the restaurant but the food could have need better! My husband had the sampler platter. The ribs were reheated and dry, the pulled chicken was dry ,and the corn on the cob was dry! The corn bread was delicious it was served warm with butter. The coleslaw was good as well and the beef brisket was cooked well and tender. The sausage was also good! Beer was fresh!

We got there and all of the tables were reserved, but nobody was sitting at them. The place was empty. To top it off there were only, maybe 10-15 tables (excluding the bar). How do you take reservations and only have that many tables? How can anyone ever walk in and eat? The manager was no help either. Said the wait was, "hours." I imagine it would be if all of the tables are reserved and nobody is there!

Damn Good BBQ!!!! Forget the airfare to Austin, head to Thornton. Fantastic mouth watering brisket. Cornbread with melted butter is heavenly. Bar selection is brand new - still in progress & open to suggestion. Amazing variety of whiskey & beer. Owner is friendly and wants to be sure you have a great dining experience. OMG what are you waiting for - get over to Porkchop

The food was delicious, waitress was nice. It took to long to get our food. We ordered cornbread, didnt get. We tried to order dessert the peach pie wasnt unthawed. We were given excuses why it took so long. I probably would go back , just to give it a second chance.

Went for brunch at the Glenwood location...no brunch is offered. The decor was cute but floor and tables were dirty from the night before. Menus were smeared with BBQ sauce!!! I will give 1 stars because the shrimps and grits were good. PLEASE CLEAN THIS LOCATION!!!!!

Worst service I have ever had. It was my husbands birthday and took 25 minutes to get a drink. Then was told they were out of chicken. What kind of place runs out of chicken. Manager and server were very rude as well. Yuk will not go back nor reccomend
