The food is usually good but the overall experience isnt worth more than 3 stars. I dont remember the last time I went here and they werent out of at least one thing I wanted. Theyre always running out of sides, maybe they should make more if the amount they currently make clearly isnt enough to meet the demand of the customers. Last time, they were out of meatloaf and turkey. Time before that, they were out of cornbread. So there were at least 6 of us who had paid for and received our food, but were just standing around waiting for cornbread. By the time I got the cornbread, the rest of my food wasnt even hot. I heard multiple customers complaining about how its ridiculous, and theyre always out of something. A couple people said they wouldnt be back. One time they were out of mashed potatoes and said they wouldnt have anymore for the rest of the night (it was only 6 pm). One time I ordered creamed spinach and there wasnt enough left to fill my container. So I ended up with a little over half a container of spinach. So now I just dont order a specific side if it looks like theres not enough of it left to fill an entire order. Then theres the wait time. I usually stand in line for at least 30 minutes, sometimes longer than that. Its really frustrating when you stand in line that long......Then when you get up to the front of the line, they dont even have what you wanted to order. You dont really want to leave with nothing, because youve wasted 30+ minutes in line. They would probably do way more business if they could get it together. I dont go nearly as much as I would because I dont want to wait 30+ minutes, only to have to order something other than what I originally wanted. In theory, it shouldnt take that long to get customers through the line when most of the food is already prepared. Something needs to change.

The below review was 5 months ago; the last time I was here. My husband comes more and each time he comes which is between 4-6pm dinner hours, they are always out of stuff. Today I tried to see if things improved but nope. They were out of pot pies. 25 minute wait. They had no meat loaf; 15 minutes wait. All the sudes were skimpy and customers in line were complaining. A female management came out, and wheb asked (by some lady) why they never have enough stuff out for dinner all she coukd say was. Thats just how we do it. Well if they way you are doing it is not good enough for the customers dont you think a proactive thing to do would be at least consider doing something different? Poor customer service. This review should really be a 4 or higher. Unfortunately they have gone down. And Im only doing this review because of todays experience. Went in to get the family food. Already knew what they wanted. Family meal for 4 and they wanted the Apple preserves as one of the side. I was told they were out. This will be maybe the 4th time on a weekly basis and Ive been told that they were out. I dont understand why they would be out knowing people want it. Make it available. Second issue was I specifically wanted a pot pie. And once again I was told that they were out. Mind you this is dinner time approximately 5 p.m. so why would you not have enough food for dinner. Lastly I almost walked out without them giving me the gravy with my mashed potatoes. Not to mention the corn bread had little burnt Speckles on them when I got home. I dont know who manages this place but they should know better than running out of food or anything. If it wasnt for this thing they would easily be a four or five star because the food is good.

Food was terrible and employees wouldnt know great costumer service if it slapped them in the face my thing is this if u dont like ur job then find something else point blank period. U ask a question then they have the nerve to get a attitude with u im spending my money so yes i want fresh food yes i want what i ask for then the icing on cake i pay for the meal of three pay with a 50 she gives me my change but wont give me my food till she figures out how to put money thru machine now im just standing here she didnt make a attempt to call a manager no. Nothing one of the girls on the line just tells her to give him his food i will never go here again and i will b finding number for corporate to call them in the morning because this was ridiculous

Service was fast, chicken fell right off the bone, loaded potatoes were fantastic. Got a full meal for 11$ and workers were pleasant to be around. 10/10 will come back with the 10% discount they give everyone

The manager Albert made a big to do, when one was not necessary. So, now ive to contact corporate. All behind $4.04. What a joke. I hate to expect that to be the norm.
