Great food that comes with a price: I work for Ford Motor Company, I stay at the Hyatt Regency down the street. I was referred to the pizzeria by a coworker 3 years ago, and I have referred other engineers to the place since I learned about it. I have really enjoyed ordering pizza and dining there over the years. Except for my last visit. There is something fundamentally wrong with this place. The girl behind the counter was genuinely annoyed with our ordering ability and shamed us horrible for not following whatever process she believed we should be following to order a pizza. It was 7:30 at night and there was nobody ordering except us. Clearly not stressed because there were allot of us ordering. She glared at us and scoffed at our desire to order a large pizza, stating that we only needed a medium. Then I dared to order a drink, a can of Orange Crush that she shamed me over because it wasnt a fountain drink. Geez, just sell me the can of pop without the drama. When I told her I didnt like her attitude, she stated that her grandmother was the owner and that she had to be tough like that for her. Well congratulations, you are not only tough but you just chased away a good customer. I will not tell others about your restaurant because I would hate for them to have to deal with a person such as you, this counter girl that believes she is royalty and thinks she can treat people like a pissed off Spanish Queen. Well dont worry, I wont annoy you again, nor will I let my colleagues annoy you either. In fact, when I got to the hotel i noticed a man carrying a deep dish pizza in the elevator. He was from out of town and heard of this great pizza place called Giordanos. I usually would have referred him to your place, but instead I congratulated him on a wise choice. Spanish queen, enjoy your reign and solitude. When you wonder where all the business went that your grandmother had gathered during her tenure, you can look in the mirror and know it was you that ruined her business. Me, I am going elsewhere for my pizzas. Great food, zero points for a hostile ordering experience.

Pizza and sandwiches have been fine and the past, but Ive had a bad experience that was handled poorly and as a result I would recommend strongly that you try somewhere else. We purchased a large 14 inch pizza with sausage for 14.34. the pizza was extremely salty. I called back regarding the pie and was told I would receive a callback from a manager at about 9:30 p.m., that didnt happen. I called back today and was advised it was the busy hour and I would get a callback. When the day manager called, she told me that the young lady I spoke with stated I said that the pizza was hard, I told no, I said it was salty, and I put it in the refrigerator and could bring it back, she then offered me a $5 credit. I told her forget it, she just lost my busy. She could have just checked out the pie and come up with a better resolution. In these trying times who can accept $5 for something that cost over $14. Also, she said that the receipt that came with the pizza does not reflect the actual charge, she says a $3 discount was given. Seems like they better check the register, customer are paying something different from what their records reportedly show.

Today wasnt their best, my order for a 10" deep dish cheese/sausage pie looked slapped together with little sauce and two sausages per slice. I called to voice my displeasure, and was placed on hold at "Pizzeria Brandi, please hold." I held for 11+ minutes. I called back using a different phone (still holding on other phone), the order taker was nonchalant and offered nothing beside her insincere apology. I asked for the manager, the manager/mother of order taker wasnt there. Im Considering not ordering from them again...very disappointed. The extra star is for the delivery person.

I ordered a 10 inch vegan veggie gourmet pizza which was advertised as costing $13.99. I was charged $17.50, did not receive all the ingredients listed, and was made to wait 50 minutes in store for the pizza. The staff did not make any effort to inform me that the pizza would take longer and did not make an effort to apologize for the long wait. The pizza was good, but the service and price was absurd for what was offered.

Absolutely awesome! Our group was coming back from a festival tired and extremely hungry about 20 minutes before close, but our server Claudia was nothing but friendly, funny, and hospitable. We ordered take out and she even got us water while we waited. They got our food made quickly and everything from the pasta to the pizza to the salad was delicious. Id definitely go back!

Tried them the other day for lunch. Had a good chicken parm sandwich. Added some fries to the side. The fries are the -star, they werent very done. Very soft in the middle and not all that warm. Id definitely go back and give them more chances and try different dishes though. Quick takeout.

i really enjoyed the tons of food options. i liked the Italian beef deep dish. staff was super friendly. they talked with me as i waited for my pie. the owner brought out some samples of meatballs and Italian beef for me to try. both were delicious. Id go back for sure.

I was just walking by and stopped in for a slice. The pizza was real good, although it was very warm inside the establishment. I would recommend they get a patio so customer can sit outside. Otherwise, great place to stop in for a quick slice.

yummy pizza jumbo shrimp with garlic bbq sauce is great Italian Ice is awesome (Mango is my fave) Tasty sandwiches just walk in and try it out, the prices are great so it wouldnt be a bother, have a seat in the outside dinning and enjoy!!!

Pizza is terrible - quality level is like dominos. Crust is doughey, yellow,soft,inedible. Cheese isnt mixed with sauce, its just a layer on top. We ordered broccoli rabe, but the pizza came only with broccoli. Thoroughly disappointed.

Delicious! They have a lot of tasty looking options on their menu but I only got to try the deep dish pizza. It did not disappoint! They also have sandwiches and salads as well as interesting appetizers. Would definitely recommend!

Got a large pizza and mozzarella sticks! It was pretty good and super close to home! Polite service and clean dinning area! Will be returning! Gave it a 4 because she told me 15 mins & they took longer than what they said...

Slight mishap with a failed delivery was made right by the very kind owner. Finally got to try his pizzas, excellent. Definitely would recommend, small place that will seat some. Good menu and perfect pizza.

Wow, their deep dish rivals any of the big-time Chicago pizza places. You know the ones I mean. Go here instead and skip the lines, especially if you are near McCormick Place. It is only a few minutes away.

To tell u the truth this place is fantastic I had a stuffed pizza and it was out of the world good best pizza I had in along time I also tried there lasagna ask super super good.....very nice ppl
