(This experience took place around 1:00pm on Sunday the 8th of November 2015) I rarely Review for bad service, but this was by far the worst experience Ive ever experienced. From the time we entered the building, until the time we left. As we entered, we had to repeat the amount of people we had in our party of 4 at least 3 times. It wasnt until we asked the third time what estimation they have we would have to wait they decided to tell us it would be about 25 mins. Everyones facial expressions showed that they all didnt want to be there, when the waiter came to ask us for drinks, when one of us asked about a beer, he left to ask about it before getting everyone elses drinks. After coming back explaining that there was no more of the beer that was asked for, We ordered a different beer. Our food came first (which most of them looked extra dark, and tasted like burned popcorn with sauce on them), Then came our appetizer, which we had to ask them to bring to us because they had forgotten that. Then we had to ask for them to bring us water at least while we waited for our beers. As our water came, our beers came as well, only to let us know, the second beer we had ordered is also out, which would be something nice to know beforehand so we can order a different beer. After all of this, we also had to ask for celery sticks twice because they had forgotten the first time, we had to ask for utensils since we had boneless wings, and we had to ask for napkins twice, to which we decided to look for ourselves since they never came. All around probably the worst customer service/service Ive experienced in an establishment. Not just Buffalo Wild Wings, but as a restaurant. I definitely recommend an undercover customer that works for Buffalo Wild Wings to experience it themselves.

This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have been to. I went with a friend around 10:30 pm, and we got seated by the manager right away because it was pretty much empty (couple of people at the bar). We ordered water and wine (Brandy) which took about 15 minutes to get. We ordered a vegetarian burger, and traditional wings (half honey bbq, and half carribean jerk) 30 minutes later our food comes out, and the order was wrong and not hot at all. I noticed our waitress was closing out her checks instead of checking on our food which was probably sitting in the window. On top of that the waitress argued with us, and told us we never asked for half and half when she was the one to tell us we had another flavor we could pick for our order. She also forgot our ranch, and told us we never ordered it. What is the point of repeating an order back to us if you arent even going to put it into the system correctly. For someone who used to work for this company, I know it doesnt take long to drop and cook the fries. I also know that a vegetarian patty does not take more that 10 minutes to cook and wings at our restaurant took 12 minutes. So if there was an excuse for taking that long, I expect my food to be piping HOT, and IT WASNT. I am never going back here again, and I would never recommend someone to go to this location. The service is pretty bad, and the food does not make up for it.

My best friend and I go to buffalo Wild wings every year with our friends for our birthday. This year we went to this location on Taylor street. I understand that all Buffalo Wild Wings get busy on Thursday and this location would be especially busy since they just opened. With this in mind I was not mad with the wait time. I actually kept this is mind the whole time I was waiting for my food. I tried my best to be as understanding as possible, but the service sucked. I came in with a party of 10, we were seated at different tables with different waitresses, but we put our orders in at the same time. They got their food within 15 to 20 minutes I would say. We however did not receive our food until after they finished their whole meal. So we ended up waiting 45 minutes for our food and worst of all it came out cold!!! It blows my mind that we waited so long to have our food come out cold. By the time we got our food we lost our appetite. The server didnt give us silverware or our ranches and part of my order was missing.45 freaking minutes to have my order come out incomplete and cold! Ive never been so pissed off about food service before. Not only that but the size of the boneless wings were pathetic. My party and I packed up our food and left. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings visit ever.

Before this location opened which is 10 minutes away from my home traveling by expressway I had to drive pretty far to get to a BWW,so naturally I was excited to come here. The very first time I ordered and picked up my wings here my order came to me wrong. They had the box labled one flavor but had placed the wrong flavor inside. I gave it a pass and didnt make a big deal of it,nor did I make and issue of the staff being a bit rude. 2nd and 3rd attempt to really like this location ,also a fail. They got half my order wrong by doing the exact same thing!!!Wrong flavor in the wrong box, even flavors I had not ordered, after it had been repeated to them and they repeated it back to me! Im not sure how the orders get lost in translation from the front counter to the kitchen but something needs to be done about that if they cant place the right flavored wings in the correctly labled box. Not to mention the staff. They never offer napkins of wet naps and the 2nd and 3rd time they didnt even open the boxes in front of me to review my order. The girl at the counter told me I could do it myself. Terrible service. I will be driving a distance again to actually get better service and the right food next time. The 30minute drive seems more worth it than coming to Taylor street....

Just terrible! I was in the area with family, when we all got a taste for wings. We googled & discovered this BWW nearby & we thought "great - lets go!" I wish my Google maps wouldve malfunctioned that day because this turned out to be the worst restaurant experience - EVER! We got seated rather quickly but ended up watching a quarter of a football game before our food came out (w/commercials & timeouts that equates to about 35-40 mins). When the food finally came out, we were shorted a set of utensils. I ended up eating with my hands cause there was no waitress in sight. My nephew ordered a cake for desert & when we asked for an extra fork (to share), the waitress apparently mustve gone on break or something because we ended up having to wave down ANOTHER waitress - after 20 minutes! Usually Im pretty generous when it comes to tipping because Ive been in the restaurant biz & I can appreciate the amount of work thats put into it. But this waitress did anything BUT WORK! So I wasnt offended when she gave me a dirty look for the $1 tip I left...and that was compliments of my compassionate side. Avoid this place at ALL COSTS!!!
