One of the many fancy restaurants on Division with good outdoor seating. This place is packed even before the next door places start to pick up in the afternoon. I can tell you honestly that any place on Division not packed while other places are, is most likely serving bad food. Try the fish as they do a fantastic job of avoiding overpowering the natural taste of the fish with excessive seasoning as is common with other Italian restaurants. Yes this place is garlic-hater friendly if you just remember to ask.

Service depends on who you get, been here a handful of times where I know if its going to be good service or not. So youre rolling the dice with your waiter. The food is the same, it depends on what you get. Some meals are outstanding and hit all 9,000 taste buds while others lack and have very little flavor. Definitely a place Im not dying to go to again but its nice and fair on the wallet. Small environment is probably the best aspect of this place, good for a first date that can be casual intimate.

The restaurant is close to my home, the atmosphere is classy and lots of happy people. The greeters are personable, and no waiting for a great seat. Apetizers are delicious with a large menu to choose from. I could stop at the salad, bur I didnt its finger licking good. The entree that each of us had was superb and the desert was the icing on the cake. I have had the delivery and it is fast and efficient with bread, butter, salad and entree. Great customer service.

Been coming here since they opened. Never, ever disappointed. Our appetizer go to is the eggplant with goat cheese. Ive tried all of the pasta dishes. The atmosphere is lovely and have seen some wonderful Italian musicians from time to time. Especially like the summer months, eating out on the sidewalk on division, taking in the wicker park sites. Even bring my dogs for dinner. Ill let them wrote their own review!!!

After a not so pleasant experience at another local restaurant, it was refreshing to be seated right away with a waitstaff that is very friendly and responsive. Even when an error occurred the waiter came out said I am very sorry and offered us free alcoholic beverages without us having to say anything. Plus the food was fantastic. I really enjoyed the pizza callibrese. I would definitely come back.

Traditional Italian place with big menu. They serve pizza, pasta, sandwiches and specialty dishes. Prices and portions are fair. I usually get the eggplant parm or penne arriabiata and they are always good. Most of the times they are accommodating and let me add extra vegetables. Appetizers are pretty small and overpriced. Wine selection is good but beer selection is very weak.

Fantastic food and sangria! Prices werent too bad, I typically expect to pay a bit more when I go to an Italian restaurant anyways. They even have a nice size sidewalk patio. They were pretty busy when I went for dinner, so expect to have a short wait... Maybe larger if youre dining on their outdoor patio.

Classic Italian restaurant with an intimate atmosphere. The selection of wine they have is amazing. I havent tried a past dish there that I did not love. The salads are pretty tasty as well - I usually dont order salad at an Italian place. Great place for a data or small group gatherings.

Good server, food was served quick, so quick that my gf barely drank any of her wine. Food was good though. Special was sea bass, I asked the waiter if it was ill tempered, he didnt get it...but it was still funny. (If you dont get the reference, look it up)

Absolutely delicious food. We had the fried calamari, bufala and prosciutto, carbonara, and rotini, sharing everything amongst three people. Staff was wonderful, wine was amazing and affordable. All things great, and coming back soon! Well done.

Definitely recommend on a weekday, it gets impossibly crowdy on Fridays and Saurdays, food is pretty good but not really very good. They have very nice bar, interior and plenty of excellent wines though.
