Buy fresh herbs (sage, basil, rosemary, etc.) on meat-sized styrofoam trays ~ more reasonably priced than any place that Ive ever seen. They have a fantastic deli counter as well ~ the best tuna salad and chicken salad that I have ever tasted ~ very fresh. They make all of their own salads and other deli delights, and the assortment changes daily. The meat is in a butchers case, so you can pick out the pieces that you like before they wrap it. And they have a wonderful assortment of fish, all very fresh. They also have a nice assortment of wines, and brands of organic imported olive oil that Ive never seen in other stores. They have organic dairy products and some organic produce as well. But my favorite item to find around holidays is fresh half-turkeys ~ so much nicer than buying a full-sized turkey for just 2 people. Plus, they carry fresh turkey breasts, legs, wings, and thighs more often than most of the supermarkets.

You know how one gets tired of cooking? It happens to me quite often...and off to Bizios I go. Tonight we had their tasty garden vegetable soup, stuffed cabbage rolls, those yummy lemon potatoes. For dessert, bread pudding and peach cobbler. What more could 2 people ask for.? Also, the price is right!!! The employees are always pleasant, efficient and courteous. I live in Park Forest and it is a very short distance to Bizios in Olympia Fields. Try it...youll love it. Oh, they also have groceries, produce, home made baked goods, wine, a great selection of meat...well, I could go on and on. Youd think I had stock in the company.

Ive shopped at Bizios since the inception and have found them to be consistently consistent! Great carryout cuisine daily. With my basket full of delectables, I can be assured they have provided me and my family with fresh meats, fruits and vegetables that will satisfy our palates. The family atmosphere is another plus... it reminds me of the "country store" where everyone knows everyone. Thumbs up to the Bizios family for a job well done, in the interest of the Community. This place is great to get good quality produce. They have a good wine selection and an excellent deli with various meats and cheeses. The homemade peach cobbler from the hot bar is really good as well. Wouldve given it five stars, but some items can get a little pricey.

The food is very fresh here. I purchased some fresh turnip greens and they cooked so well. They werent very dirty like farm stand greens and prices are within range of other stores. Everything I bought was worth the prices I paid. My new favorite store.
