Horrible I ordered delivery through the phone I ordered a pizza puff special and 2 polish special one special with everything on it and the other with just mustard and grill onions and a double cheese burger special and a large order of fries and a order of mushroom I repeated my order to the person that was taking my order when the food arrived it was cold we didnt get everything we ask for we were missing a pizza puff and 2 polish and cheese burger I called back and told them we were missing a pizza puff and 2 polish and cheese burger the person I was talking to he was arguing with me and he said he wasnt paying attention when I was ordering so I ask who was in charge there was no manager so he passed the phone to someone that was running that shift he was arguing with me and we werent getting anywhere so I hung up I will never order from here again I will take the drive to portellos they have great food

Got some delivery from one of my go to restaurants back in the day. Ordered my usual Double Gyro Cheeseburger, Philly Steak and a Gyro Pie. Deliver was 5 bucks for about 2 miles which was a pain, lucky I had a $5 off coupon for Grubhub which took care of that. First thing I noticed when I got my order was they got one of my sodas wrong. Then, once I got into eating they gave me a spinach puff instead of a gyro pie. If they didnt have any gyro pies they could have called and asked me if they could switch it out or refund me, but they didnt. Spinach puff was the same as every restaurant in the hood. Gyro burger was prepared really messy. The toppings were just lazily thrown onto the burger and were falling off. Philly steak looked ok and tasted good. Overall everything was good other than a few mishaps. Next time I order anything Ill call in to make sure they got everything correct before they send it out.

Service is awkward. They make you feel super uncomfortable. I got mozzarella sticks there the first time I went and I said, "this comes with marinara, right?" He confirmed that it did. What do you know, get home and dip my mozzarella stick in my "marinara" and realized it was cocktail sauce. The people working at this establishment have little to no brains.

Asid (I think thats his name or close enough), behind the counter, is the nicest and hardest working guy around. I come here at night for a cheap and quick meal that is fried awesomeness, often concluding a night of drinking. While satisfying at the moment, it is horrible for you but they guy behind the counter is what keeps me coming back.

Disgusting assorted submarine sandwich. The ham looked like bologna, and the turkey tasted like water. The bread tasted like I was eating a sponge. What a waste of calories and $8. I threw the entire sandwich away. On another note, the french fries were delicious.

Ordered two hot dogs, and when I got them they looked like they were on the grill for 24+ hours. Resembled beef jerky. How can you screw up a hotdog in Chicago? Do not order.
