I often visit this Einstein location when I visit family in this area. Never before have I seen such a contrast in service. Shermaint was incredibly rude to her co worker Ian. She interrupted him as he was answering our questions and demanded he fill a box of bagels before he spoke to us. Ian, however, handled this whole situation with poise and grace. He remained very professional and courteous. He took note that I hadnt been in an Einsteins in over a year and shared with me the many new items on the menu. Thanks to him, I tried something new and LOVED it!!! Ian is an asset to this company.

I ordered 3 sandwiches, Im 5 minutes from home, only to discover that they forgot the sauasage in all 3 sandwiches. I called them to let them know and instead of them apologizing and attempting to fix the issue, the cashier had me talk to the person that made the sandwiches. This person told me, "we can do something for you next time". I had to drive back, no apology, and the manager wasnt attentive. No apology, no acknowledgement. I dont know if it was the cashier or the manager, but her name was Jennifer.

Went to Einsteins with my husband this morning. Ordered two Novalox on everything bagels. Neither of us got he everything bagel, we were given plain. My bagel wasnt event toasted. Why the 5 stars then? The customer service is why. Im normally one to complain to get it right, but the crew is so upbeat and friendly (to all ages including young children). Great customer service like this mornings team can overcome all complaints!

Im a huge bagel fan and this was my first time trying Einstein Bros. Bagels! I went to go order and 2 employees gave me extremely wonderful customer service! I ordered a everything bagel and was served to me extremely fresh and delicious. I couldnt resist by getting another everything bagel with 2 eggs. Amazing definitely coming to come here again!

Awesome pumpkin walnut bagel! I wish it was available year round! Jennifer is an awesome employee, and works hard! The store is super clean, and the staff goes above and beyond. Their service is what keeps me coming in everyday! #EinsteinBrosBagels should really do something nice for the staff at this location! Theyre awesome!

Ian was helpful and engaging. Despite the woman shermaint "working" behind him being rude to him and us. He gave us a great option for breakfast and it was delicious. He also helped us find out some other info about some other bagels. Hes probably gotten one but he should definitely get another raise.

We were asking questions to an employee about different bagels and another employee kept interrupting, telling him he had to do other jobs before waiting on us. It shows me that the customer isnt always first with Einstein Bagels.

One of our familys favorite weekend breakfast spots. Something for everybody including small kids. From plain bagels to spicy jalapeño, breakfast sandwiches with eggs and bacon, fruit and great coffee!
