Absolutely amazing as always my server and the cashier who run me out went above and beyond and I am so grateful and so blessed to have been able to come back here and have such amazing treatment. Ive been coming here since I was a little girl and I brought my kids to the Colonials mainly this one when we could but I had moved to Woodstock so it was a little far now I live in Florida and the reason I came was because my father passed away and I didnt tell the staff that ahead of time it was after the special treatment that they gave us that I told them. I guess they treat their customers like theyre special all the time. What a bless place I wish they would have one in Orlando they would probably have a lot of children or during the Oreo Mouse ice cream for dessert lol, just saying. I had a coupon for a free burger for my birthday. I decided to order the Swiss Mushroom Burger and sweet potato fries. I also ordered a bowl of chili and a drink. The chili was good, but not super. I eat a lot of chili and would order it again, but have have better in other places. The Burger: I was pleased by the quantity of mushrooms and by their flavor. They were fresh, not canned as you often find. The burger was ordered Medium and served that way. It was a generous sized burger. Along with all the trimmings fries and chili, I was full and did not order any desert. My server was attentive and my drink was refilled quickly three times. The food was served soon after I finished the chili. I arrived at 5:45 PM on a Monday and there was no waiting. I will return and recommend you give them a try.

I have been to this Colonial twice in two weeks. Both times there were very few tables occupied. The lunch waitress was very good but the nachos were the worst ever. I had only 3 crumbles of hamburger on it and most of it was lettuce and tomatoes. one week later went there for supper and the food was just okay and the service was terrible. We were in there two hours to get sandwiches and dessert. Had to argue about the turtle sundae needing caramel and butterscotch on it. Finally got the butterscotch and they told us that the caramel was in it but it wasnt. After 25 years of going to Colonial, we are not going back again.

Amazing experience for our whole party. Morning glory muffins samples were wonderful. Onion straws very delicate and delicious. Very berry stuffed french toast got rave views and the Macaroni and Cheese and Bacon Grilled Cheese Melt was the most delicious thing I have ever eaten. Service was excellent as well. Wish there was a Colonial Cafe closer to where I live.

I tried this place after reading a few reviews. The food was good and the service great. I thought it was odd that the server constantly said my pleasure but it wasnt unwelcome. I will definitely come back here to try more food. You have to save room for the milkshakes!

I love colonial. They have really done a lot to update their menu and keep it seasonal. I wish they were not forced to say my pleasure all the time. It sounds forced and fake. Let your servers personality come through. It is better for everyone.

Ive been coming to this restaurant since I was a kid, and I carry on the tradition by bringing my daughter. I love the variety on the menu, and the servers have always been great. The food is good, and the ice cream is even better!

The waiting service was inadequate. It was not busy at all but they seemed very understaffed and rushed. The food was average, but didnt feel I got a good bang for my buck.
