My family had the WORST experience at this location! We came in as a large group, and we DID expect service to take a little longer because of the size of the group. What we DIDNT expect was to all be seated in separate tables, have our orders taken that way, and then for them to deliver food to the separate tables one at a time. Our first group of food came out about 20 minutes after we got there, and the last group came out over an hour after we arrived. Multiple food items came out wrong, and took forever to get back to us. We had other items burnt as well, oh, and when our order of biscuits and gravy came out with no sausage in the gravy, they took the plate back and it came back with sausage links on the side, and we were instructed to cut them up and put them on the biscuits, because obviously it was too much of a hassle to actually make the food right. Our waitress told us the kitchen staff makes them put orders in separately, otherwise they get mad at the waitresses. A member of our family left their table for a moment and while they were gone, someone came and bussed their table and took away their unfinished food and drinks, so when they came back, they didnt get to finish their food or anything else. And then, to top it all off, when we asked to speak to the manager, they refused to get her for us because apparently she was in the kitchen cooking. This place is a JOKE and so is its staff! I do not at all recommend!

We were seated right away and 2 more tables were seated right after us. We waited for 15 mins and no one came to even take our drinks orders. The other 2 tables after us were waited on before us. Finally a waitress came over apologized for the wait. Took our order then another waitress brought our drinks and apologized. I told her about our frustration and she stated that she didnt know who was assigned to our table but she was just given it. She stated she would give a discount. We received our food on time but was only checked on when we received the check and told no rush to pay it. I did use the restroom which hand paper towels and toilet seat covers all over the floors. I walked out to see another waitress getting another table ice tea and she was using her fingers to put ice from one glass to another!! So disgusting!!! I will never go back here again!

I am upset with this IHOP since the last time I visited. The servers send a sense of disgust with the way they present themselves. Not all sure, but a lot of them. I had Jazmin serve me and I was scared that at any point all the hair that cleverer her face could land on my food. Not to mention her leggings which looked highly unprofessional or Nike shoes which she could have easily slipped with plates. I speak from experience because I have worked as a manager at family friendly restaurants and she is not the image people look to see. She looks like she should work at a bar instead of a breakfast place. I hope to be back because my grandmother loves that place, and hopefully on my next return things will be different.

it was just awful. Considering it was fall, I was extremely "thrilled" to find out the leaves on the trees were green. I didnt appreciate the diversity in ethnicities at all. Not to mention, within the first five minutes of being there the balloon man popped his own balloon and got incredibly hostile. He then proceeded with threatening to murder everyone if they continued to laugh at him. After he could no longer take the ridiculing costumers he ran into the kitchen and in roughly five minutes later he comes out covered in cake mix head to toe. The police had to escort him out of the building. As you can imagine, nobody really had a good time. But Kylie had nice service.

Find IHop pricey in general, but am a regular customer regardless. DO NOT drink thier milk. Idk if its just the way they store it, but it gives me diarrhea every single time. (Im a big milk drinker). Thier fried chicken is pretty good, omlettes are nice too. Although, if no one with me wants to have pancakes I usually go to the junction down the street any time. Much better eggs, unspoilt milk, small town feeling & slightly better prices.

Well lets start with the parking. ....poor.....the front door handle was broken and a safety hazard.... walked in to a waiting list with at least 4 open booths and 3 separate 4 tops open. Even if you are slammed at least let people sit at their table and get some coffee and drinks. I could barely fit behind table and booth am big but not that big. Hope the food makes up for the very poor start.

My wife and I have been regulars at this IHOP since it opened about 12 years or so ago. The very first manager was excellent. Since then, several other not-as-good managers have come and gone. The newest manager? Shes there every time we come in and really seems to put forth the effort to run a much tighter ship than weve seen in years!

My wife and I received great service from Kylie. We overheard her say to another table that she had only been working there a week, but we wouldve never known that. She was friendly, positive, and had an upbeat attitude the whole time. My wife loved the blueberry lemonade pancakes! Awesome experience. Well definitely go back.

Very bad service. Our waitress Cecilia, did not come back after she delivered the food to our table. I dont know if she forgot, or simply ignored us, but did not bring hot sauce, napkins, or to check on us. I had to get up and pay at the register without the receipt. I do not plan on going back.

We were the only people in the restaurant. Bathrooms very dirty, no paper towels. Very very disappointed the level of service and cleanliness. One would assume that no customers means more time to clean. As an avid Ihop family, this location may have prompted a switch to Dennys

Our waiter was great. My only complaint was the manager. She was being extremely rude to her employees right in front of everyone. It was very uncomfortable and we felt aweful that they had to put up with that. I probably wont return just because of her!

Host/Hostess should not be teenagers. Took our seats and literally THREW the menus on the table and was gone before we even arrived at the table. He was playing around with two other teenage coworkers so he was anxious to get back to playing on the job.

The Staff at this institution refused to take our orders and when we wrote down our orders and gave them in they did not actually put them in. And the staff never served us our food rather we had to serve ourselves

Had to give our order three times, still came out wrong. We got up to use the restroom and when we got back our food was gone, the waitress just said sorry and handed us the bill. Will not be going back!!
