Love Indian food, but the service was very poor. 1. Our Water glasses were empty several times, and we could not even flag a waitress- even as the dining room continued to fill, there were often no wait staff in the room. I began to wonder if they were in the kitchen cooking. (See#2) 2. We waited a long time to be served our food. Some of us waited a VERY LONG TIME. Our food was brought out piece meal (as was the food at the table next to us. Like us, they were all eating at different points, making dinner conversation odd. Some were eating, some were waiting. Then their food came after the others had FINISHED eating.). We were told they had a lot of take out orders ahead of our order. Even if they give preference to take outs, why would they not serve all the guests in the same party together? Why serve each person a meal at varying times ?? 3. The food was served with no rice or naan bread - the naan came after the first guests were done eating their dish; and only take out dinners come with rice (we were later told), so now there was a further wait after ordering rice with our meal. This makes no sense at all. 4. The wait staff came repeatedly after the dinner was over to move us out - 3 times in less then 10 minutes. It is sad that their speediest service was in clearing tables. 5. I like to stay in contact with my credit card, for security. I took it to the cash register myself, but the register person quickly carried it away to a back room. When I tried to follow her I was stopped by another waiter who said their registers card reader in the front didnt work. By that point she was gone. Im not accusing anyone of foul intent, but this was very unusual/odd to me. 6. The food was very decent (good naan, average samosa, very good korma and tandoori.) prices were normal imo (I disagree with the reviewer who considered this pricey for this type of ethnic fare). But the service was so poor I will not be returning.

They were very understanding that I couldnt eat because the spice, and more ridiculous my husband cant stand the smell and wont even try. So they sat us, 2 adults and my 10 year old son who was the only one eating. The waiter was really nice about it. I guess we shouldve paid anyway but we were planning on eating somewhere else. My son really loves the Indian food and asks me to take him here all the time. I guess the only negative is that it gets really cold in the restaurant with people going in and out. Obviously thats only a problem when its cold outside. Much better experience this time than last. Im a lazy penny pincher, I would only come here for the buffet because dinner here for an adult and a child was over $60. Come and try it. The buffet is great.

I ordered 2 Manchurian to go. When I went to pick up my order, I noticed that the bag was ripped and I asked for another one and they got me same kind! I went in my car and the bag ripped and one of the munchurian spilled! I went inside and them what happened and someone said "well then you should know how to handle it" I mean really?!? Thats how you treat your customers?! I was beyond mad! And they didnt even ask, if I would like another manchurian! And when I got home I opened another container of Manchurian all I saw was pure water!! Like really? It had no taste!! And it was not cooked well. I paid $20 for this and than I have to deal with all this! NOT HAPPY!

Weve been to this place a few times now and the food has been good, and consistent all the time. The dishes are very flavorful and can be made spicy (and its spicy). The service has been good everytime weve been there. I cant remember the specific name of the chicken appetizer dish, but its one of the most flavorful and spicy dishes there and its great. If I had to give it a negative, its their HVAC system. Its always cold in the winter time and a bit too hot in the summer. They need to warm it up quite a bit. Other than that, Id highly recommend it.

So we went there to eat. We loved the food, but we asked the manager to get us onion of two plates for 9 people and they charge us for the onion. The manager is garbage. He showed us attitude and giving us reasons to get out of restaurant. He has no idea how to treat the customers. He talked to us in really rude way and swearing bad words to my family. He also said I can throw u guys out of here right now. This was so rude u guys can see u will loose ur business in 1 month because of this manager attitude and swearing words. We have big community.

It is awesome restaurant by food, presentation and i thought of giving 5 star however, last minute waiter changed my mind to give just 1 start. while we were having a family dinner at 8:40pm they started the vacuuming the floor while we were middle of Dinner. 2 times they came to our table around 8:30pm asking are we looking to pack the food thought we were middle and enjoying food. i would not return to this restaurant again.

Me and wife Mandy wanted to try Indian food but were not familiar with the different types of spices but that was not problem becausse the service explained how each spice tasted abd what foods tge spices were good with. Tgey are knowand explain clearly the ingredients in tge food plus it tasted amazing. Fast respectable servucd I will come. Back for curure visits

what a great late night dinner, thank you JOHN and staff for serving and hosting us! the best samosas, paneer tikka ever and saag paneer ... plus the absolute masala tea. what a fabulous way to wind down from a long day at work the servers are so friendly and kind, and we had an endless treat for the tastebuds, we will return often !!!

It was my first time experiencing any Indian cuisine. We decided to try out their lunch buffet and glad we did. I sampled most of what was offered and was very impressed. Even my vegetarian girlfriend found several options she enjoyed. We now have a new favorite eating establishment whenever in the area. And the service was top notch.

Food is good . But the customer service is worst. I book through online and they say the online portal is not paying them. Customer is affected with this online and they need to solve it in advance to solve the problems to customer. Also worst customer service at desk. Never recommend this to any one. Beware .

Excellent. We came in for dinner on Sunday, so did not try the buffet. Very tender perfectly cooked meats, good tandoori and curry. The chicken Nawabi and my wifes lamb were both cooked perfectly. This might be our new favorite Indian restaurant.

Had buffet lunch today along with American friend. It was a decent one. Costs $10 per. Though not many items available, all items were good. Mango culfi was awesome. I would certainly go once again for a casual dine. They can improve ambience.
