They are always out of crispy chicken during dinner time. Today I order 16 piece Chicken only of Georgia Gold. They gave me only thighs and legs but never told me thats all they had. I never would have gotten that. Then they charge 2.00 extra for each piece. I also asked for 8 piece of crispy and they told me they were out. It was 6:30 on a Saturday night. This location is terrible. Second time I had this experience.

BIG DOWN FALL! NONE OF THE FRIENDLY MANAGERS ARE NO LONGER THERE. THE NEW STAFF IS RUDE! FOOD TASTE OLD! ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES ACTUALLY TOLD ME IT WAS FROM THE NIGHT BEFORE! WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANGER SHE SAID HE WASNT THERE HELL BE BACK FOR HALF AN HOUR . NO ONE NEVER CAME. SO I JUST LEFT. NEVER AGAIN AM I GOING BACK. IM STICKING TO POPPEYES WHICH IS ACROSS THE STREET.

This specific location is bad the staff is rude specially Melissa bad attitude probably due to lack of customer service training, they never give any condiments or Plastic Utensils unless you ask and even them you don’t get any (they are trying to be conservative). I will never buy from KFC again.

Food is good but sometimes employees dont seem very happy to be there and very rarely smile. Very different compared to the smiles and thank yous I get from Chik Fil A. I usually have to come here on Sunday and last time I said thank you the guy totally ignored me didnt even say youre welcome...

They never give any condiments with to go or drive through orders. I guess they think were too much in a hurry to use any? Maybe they are trying to be conservative then they should at least ask if you need any.

We had a very large Oder that understandably should have taken a long time so after waiting about 20 minutes the order was ready and they gifted me a free cake for my wait. Very responsible and professional group.

Just received my food, the chicken tenders and biscuit had lint on it. Was this food wrapped up in someones sweater. I am so disgusted. I just wasted $5.71 & they charge 30 cent extra for lemonade.

Floor was dirty tables need to be cleaned off and smelled like weed when me and my family came in and it was blamed on us when you can smell it on one of there off duty employees
