I would give this zero stars if I could! Went today to purchase one combo meal with a cherry pie. The lady on the intercom had the WORST attitude anyone can have. I get to the window to pay and she advises that the pie will take 15 minutes so I ask her to remove item. I pay with a $20 and she purposely gives me $11 back in singles. Then, with an attitude, tells me that the strips will take another 15 minutes. I ask for my money back and she gives me $9 in singles ... at this point I tell her to give me back the $20 I gave her and she can have all of her singles back! I see all of the employees (except for manager) just hanging out inside. I will never return to this location until staff is either trained properly for a customer service position OR replaced with hard working people with a nicer personality.

This business is destined to fail. My order is never right even after they have me repeat it over and over. The day crew is rude, and always seem uninterested in me. Today (Tuesday 8/15/17) I sat the speaker from 12:17-12:22 and was never even acknowledged. Finally I said, "You win, Im leaving" and the lady replied, "Im here alone maam" Really Popeyes???? I sent an email to corporate over a week ago, with no response. Probably because this is a franchise. I would hate to see a new business fail or employees who should be retrained or replaced. If you are the owner and you are reading this, I have so much more to tell you. Please contact me.

Horrible service and the manager is the worst!! She is the most miserable person I have ever met, I asked how much longer for my order and she had such bad attitude and said I could wait like everybody else that I was not special! Um hello it was a simple question.... Needless to say the young man working there stepped up to the plate and took care of me. MANAGEMENT TAKE NOTICE LOOKS LIKE ALOT OF BAD REVIEWS!!

Only the second day so I expected a learning curve, I didnt expect to see half the uniformed employees sitting in booths eating while drive up line was so long, also didnt appreciate female employee yelling about the "fu*&ing napkins" turned around and walked out after watching the customer in front of me get his simple order screwed up. Hope things improve or it will soon be another empty building.

This place doesnt even deserve a 1 !! They dont have the Cajun catfish and a few other items they are suppose to carry . The drive thru is ill designed and takes forever to get your food. Parking lot is hard to get out of because of bad design . Horrible place! Im never going there again and will tell others not to go there either.

They are understaffed and I sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. The associate took 1 order at a time and completed it before taking another order. This is not the first time this has happened. Manager really needs to get this fixed. Several cars left due to the wait.

Went through the drive thru for a 5 piece tender meal. Had to wait awhile for the food. Got back to work ready to eat and there were only 3 pieces. Also no utensils for the side dish. First and last time going here.
