I have been very disappointed by this location. This is the second time that I have been given the wrong sodas and cheated on my order. Only this time I poured my own drink but I didnt receive 2 of my Chaluopa s and I tried to tell the lady that I had a credit coming and she just kept ignoring me. When I got home this time and found that I had been shorted again.. I called and the lady who answered was very nice( really she was very professional) shesaid the other lady couldnt find my credit. I told her that she never asked for my name so how could she have looked for it? The lady apologized again and said I have another credit. What good does the credit do you if they ignore you.?? Very sad ....

I love Taco Bell, and this is one of the best Taco Bells out there. During college, my friends and I paid many late night trips to their drive thru. Their quality is top-notch (for a Taco Bell, that is). The meat is not overcooked and they fill their tacos generously. In terms of service, I once ordered a 12 for $10 pack of tacos and found that they had mistakenly forgotten two of my tacos. I went back the next day and the manager simply trusted my story and gave me my two missing tacos without any hassle. Taco Bell isnt about a gourmet experience, its about getting the biggest bang for your buck at 1AM. And this Taco Bell excels where many Taco Bells slack off.

Nice to have both KFC and Taco Bell in the same building, relatively new structure as they tore down the Taco Bell and built a new place. You have to watch carefully for the place driving by thanks to the villages restrictive sign ordinance. Im an architect and yes I like good design but come on - its Roosevelt Road, not the Champs Elyssez - allow the signage to be readable. Malloys Liquors and Seven Dwarfs arent nearby landmarks because of wimpy signs. I know the owner and business is hurting because people dont see it when driving by.

This is my third time through the drive-through at this place and every single time I wait at least 20 minutes in a non-moving line. I understand that we should all be very grateful we can get food fast in this country however if they are going to compete with other fast food restaurants in this area they cannot make us wait twice as long as we would for carryout at Chinese or Thai place. This is ridiculous. They need to step up their game or else get out of the business.

Very sad only one other car is waiting at the window and you wait 5 minutes to be acknowledged then said just a minute another 5 minutes go before rudely asking what you want. Then telling you after 10 minutes of waiting and telling them what you want that they have no white meat and no chicken pot pies with no apology whatsoever. They wont stay open with that kind of service. Drove 5 miles out of my way to get popeyes and some decent service.

Slowest fast food restaurant ever, rude, dirty and rountinely out of menu items. One time they were out of Chicken! At a KFC, normal day, nothing crazy like the Super Bowl going on, they were just out of Chicken. Routine problems trying to use a credit card, always makes me worry someone is trying to clone my card. One time my mashed potatoes and gravy was about 25% potatoes and 75% gravy, it was mashed potato soup.

Horrible experience! Extremely non caring manager who insulted me when I expressed displeasure over waiting 30 minutes for my food. They never even asked me if I could wait that long and he even gave me an attitude when I expressed my dismay. I will never return to this place and that very unprofessional manager should be fired!!!

Went there and it was closed. On a Tuesday at noon it was closed! No holiday or any reason why it should be, yet they still had four workers there that informed me that they were closed. Either horrible employees or terrible management. Either way not worth my time
