Really terrible. Even when I ordered 20 min ahead of time. I still got there and had to wait another 30 min to get my food. That place is completely understaffed and Im not blaming the employees, Im blaming managent. Now the one thing I can complain about the employees even though they were super friendly is that after that 30 min. wait, I got home and to my surprise, they got my food order wrong. They gave me someone elses order even though the receipt had the right stuff. I just felt so frustrated at that point that I didnt even bother going back. They were under a lot of pressure, mistakes happen and understand. I have gone there several times expecting a change in the quality of service you get, but it never changes, it just gets worse. Who ever management is really needs to reevaluate the way they are running that business or I can really see it running into the ground. Because of the slow service, Im officially never going back there again. This place has lost my business. To me, who ever owns that franchise is super cheap because hiring employees to make the business thrive is less important than saving a few bucks compared to what they could be making. It is like any business, when it grows beyond its capabilities, you hire more help to keep the business running smoothly. Who ever is managing this place truly does not understand how to run a business. The one positive thing I do have to say is that the people who were working had a fantastic positive attitude and were very kind. I could tell they were very pressured because they knew how behind they were in their orders since they kept apologizing and I felt bad because people arent as understanding as I am and those people get mad at the employees instead of the management because it isnt their fault they are short staffed. It is just terrible that an employee has to feel pressured and suffer like that, especially when it has an easy solution. When you have this, there is a lot of turn over. I can say this because I have been in their shoes.

TERRIBLE!!! Food and staff were just terrible! Walked up to the register to place a order to get a lazy rude female worker giving bad attitude! Did not want to give us the weekend special of 10% off also where it is clearly written in chalk 10% off family orders all weekend long.I ordered a family meal on a Sunday so where was the problem?we had to move to 3different tables because they were so dirty and food under the tables.. We finally get our order after waiting almost 1 hour and the wings were ice cold with clumps of cold sauce covering only half the wings? I complain to the manager and the next day.. He told me to come in and he would remake my order (I also Still have the receipt) I went in to pick up my order and he decided to change his mind..he also said he spoke to the workers and they said "they were not rude" duh,like they were going to complaint on them selves..never going back there and o advise no 1 to go back also..will report to BBB

I went here about a month or two after the opened. It wasnt very busy and we didnt have to wait long. My boyfriend and I ordered 10 boneless wings to split and som fries. Our food came out about 10 minutes after ordering. I cut open one of the pieces and thank god I looked before I put it in my mouth because the chicken was RAW!!! I cut open my other three pieces and those were raw as well. DISGUSTING AND UNSAFE!!! They apologized a few times and made me new food and gave me gift cards to come back but there is no way I would ever go back there. Im going to post the pictures on Yelp.

Kristen was amazing her customer service walking through the door was amazing with a awesome greeting!!!! Explained everything I didnt understand, and I had a lot of questions seeing how this was my first time here!!!! She also had suggestions on what I should try!!!! Its rare seeing someone wanting to help you the way she did tonight!!!! I will definitely be back with this type custmer service that i received tonight!!!! The food was outstanding and fresh this is the type of establishment I can get use too!!!!

FOOD WAS TERRIBLE. I ordered online and expected my food to be ready as soon as I arrived. When I arrived, I waited 20 minutes to receive my food, why wouldnt I just order at the store?! Moreover, the employees forgot my ranch and drink. How could it get any worse? This is how: the food was completely cold, and the fries were tasteless. The raspberry iced tea also tasted like watered down tea, with barely a hint of raspberry. I would never come to this wingstop ever again.

Ive only been to this location a couple of times but this is the best wing stop Ive been to. They always perfectly coat the wings in the seasoning I get. There isnt a pool of oil at the bottom of my wings like most of the other locations. Or they just sprinkle the seasoning on top and dont toss them. Not this location. I do usually come late night and there is a older gentleman there. This place should be the example of how all the other wing stops should be.

Was a lot better when they first opened. Now Ill order online says will be ready in 20 minutes. Get there and they havent even started it! On top of the fact they never have someone by the register and if they do they will just walk away without greeting you first.

Came in to try their wings, waited almost 10 minutes to order then 15 minutes more to receive the food. Awful service, need more staff and someone should be with their trainee at the front!! Will not return ever - can get better wings elsewhere.

Big ty to the cook today. I swear every time I go to a wing stop anywhere in the u.s. the fries sucks always soft. Today was the first time I actually enjoyed them. All wing stop cooks should learn from this guy!
