I wish there was an option for no stars because this is by far the worst wing stop I have ever been to. The customer service sucks here! My husband and I visited this location for customer appreciation day, the flyer simply states five traditional wings per customer for free from 5pm-9pm the fake manager refused to honor what the flyer states. We have spent hundreds of dollars at this location. I simply asked the fake manager his name he refused to give us his name, claiming he has no name and that he was doing us a favor by giving us free wings. The man went as far as threatening to call the cops on us, simply because we told him thats not what the flyer states. He grabbed a group of flyers and put them in my face, this was so childish and unethical on his behalf. This is ridiculous and we are highly offended. Theres NO way any person should be treated like this at a restaurant EVER. We will not be spending any more money with this corporation. Ill take my ass to Buffalo wild wings where Im appreciated!

This has been the worst experience Ive ever had at any Wingstop location. My wife and I was excited about the free 5 wings for customer appreciation day from 5pm-9pm. We got there at 8:52, 8 minutes before the deal expired. We ordered 10 lemon peppers wings. The so called manager told us that its only 5 wings per order. The flyer clearly states 5 wings per customer. He refused to give us our 10 wings and lied about it being 9:01 and the deal is expired. I asked him for his name, so I can contact corporate. He refused to give us his name and grab my wife phone, because she was trying to take a pic of him. Then he threatened to call the police on us. He was very rude and childish. You dont treat your customers like this period. Customers have posted so many bad reviews about this guy. This guy clearly need to be fired, before a situation escalate to something very serious.

WOW!!!! just ordered wings over the phone...my Ma went in to pick it up and as it states on the coupon to "present coupon at the time of purchase" and no where does it state that it must be presented during the order or before the purchase. The Manager there wouldnt take the coupon since i didnt let them know over the phone. little do you know ive ordered this way all the time. she presents coupon when she picks up no one informed her of this made up policy even then. If its that important to know before hand, shouldnt your employees ask your customer if they have a coupons then? your wings may be delicious but your customer service is horrible. sorry but your not the only wingstop :) Know what you put on your coupon! and honor it! Managers a dumfuq! (doesnt know how to read his their own coupon)

I used to come faithfully every few days when they first opened. I placed an order for pickup today. When I got there they were getting my order together. First thought was great, my food will be nice and hot. NOT!!!! My fries tasted like the had been sitting since the lunch rush. Mind you its 8PM. The wings were good so no complaints there other than they were really small, but they made up for the size by giving extras. But the fries....the fries are a staple at wing stop and you give me cold fries that have been sitting for hours and no ranch when I asked twice for it over the phone. I see this location closing soon, no one that works there cares anymore. Ill drive to Palatine like Ive been doing. Better service better food

Very Horrible service!!!!! when i called to order i said hello my name is Ronaldo i would like to order the lady stopped me asked me to hold i was on hold for ten mins !! i hung up called back she picks up says hello and hangs up again. so i take my work lunch go there in person with a fellow employee of mine and we were told it would take 40 mins for our orders ! so i mentioned that i was hung up on and neglected the lady shrugged and said we do not have cook really !? When there was clearly a cook in back very visible this is my first time and last time to a wing stop location because of this i missed my lunch at work and also did not eat ! Starting to wonder was me having a Spanish name the cause of this treatment !!!!!

I ordered carryout online and they butchered up the order. 3 of the orders were incorrect and they forgot an item as well. What is the purpose of ordering online if the staff doesnt know how to use the system. When I called to let then know, the "GM" was arrogant and blamed me for not checking the order. One sorry would have solved the whole problem, but instead he said "Im the general manager" like that is supposed to impress me. If this business fails bc this bogus GM, the owner will know why. Do yourself a favor and drive 5 minutes to Franks for the better food nice staff.

To start off i go to this location all the time.... normally i would rate then 5 stars but the new management they have is rude and do not know how to treat their loyal customers until they get rid of "Andrew" they will no longer be getting my business, nor will i be advising anyone to go to this location until they learn to treat customers with respect. i will edit my rating on this location once i have talked to the GM of the store about their employees

This was the biggest mistake in chicken wings history. The wings were so under cook and and nasty To the taste.. Services were so bad And very disappointed to my guest and l . The manger was rude and combatant. I will never go back to any of their respective restaurants. I will go back to buffalo wild wing For my wing fix . This chain of restaurants should go back where thay came from and stay out of the Chicago area..

They gave me the incorrect order and insisted that I ordered incorrectly. Employee mumbles when speaking in the phone. Called manager gave me the run around and did not help . Not professional service , chicken over salted could not even eat the incorrect order, tossed in the trash! Do Not recommend Mundelein location, Palatine Wing Stop is the better location .

Manager was amazing I stopped by Saturday morning for the first time. He was very helpful in every aspect. The wings were amazing. I like a mildish flavor but what he suggested was very good!!! He suggested me buying lemon pepper wings and get a side of the atomic sauce and dip them in it. It was amazing!!!! Definitely will be back soon!

The blend of different spices and flavored fries stand out making this place. Top side for wings over places like pizza hut and jj catfish hands down like Lil dicky says its the sauce yo!!! Employees were chill and laid back as well an overall decent place to parley and smash sum wings

They have the best flavor wings around. I love their Lemon Pepper, Garlic Parmesan and Louisiana Rub. Also, their Potato Salad is very good. This place is very clean and people are very friendly. I would take this place anytime over Buffalo Wild Wings.
