I feel completely disrespected! I come here often, because I work third shift and my office is down the street. But after what occurred earlier I NEVER WANT TO COME HERE AGAIN! At 1207 I pull up to the drive-thru (where it clearly says drive-thru open until 12:30) and no-one answers, i sit there for a few minutes, honk & say hello a few times and after no answer i pull up to the window. I see people in there working and I honk my horn trying to get someones attention, the younger guy looks at the window then completely ignores me! So I start knocking on the window to get the attention of the African american lady a little older then the guy. She was wearing, what looked like a manager shirt, even though with how she spoke to me she really shouldnt be! She comes up to the window, and snottily asks "are you trying to break the window"? I respond confused and a bit agitated at this point "Um no i was trying to order". Then she rudely stated, "Obviously the lights were off, we closed early today". I pulled into the lot to make a phone call and she was just standing in the window watching me while 2 other cars went to the drive-thru (more store sales missed). Not only do they suck at orders and making the food correctly, they dont even stay open until the time they have on the door. And they defiantly arent 24 hours like google states!!!!!!!!

Waited in line for about 5 minutes in an empty store before I was waited on by the cashier. When I got my order the food was not made to the standards of other stores that I have been to. When I asked for it to be fixed the employee gave me a look of disgust almost as if I had offended her. The dining room was filthy, tables were grimy and sticky looking, the floors were no better. And during my stay no one came to clean anything up. This is not the first time this place has looked like this or that I have gotten terrible service but it sure is the last.

This is the second time we have tried to go there, and as you can tell by this post during what should be open hours, and they have failed to serve anyone completely ignoring the drive thru and looking completely abandoned inside with the lights still on. Will not be going back to this location and do not recommend trying to go to them late night ever!!! There times of operation are listed and we went within them twice now to not get any service. Several cars ahead of us waited for several minutes each, as well as us, to receive no service both times.

HORRIBLE!! FILTHY!!! The cashier was beyond rude when we didnt get the sauce for our chicken strips she BLAMED us for not asking for it when we picked up our food. I asked her why she asked us what sauce we wanted when we ordered our food if it was OUR job to ask for it when we pick up our food. She just continued to argue. Worst customer service EVER. I wish I could attach a picture of the disgusting floors and tables. Colonel Sanders would NEVER let these people run his store!!! 6::35 pm Friday October 28th 2016

Got home to hot wedges and freezing colder zinger sandwiches, which was bad enough but when I drove all the way back, the girl who served me had an attitude like thunder and proceed to prod and stick the sandwich to make sure I was telling the truth. Really enjoyed driving all the way back for that experience. Why cant you give zero stars on a review?

This place is a disaster. Staff are usually unhelpful, wait times are bad even during slower times of the day. Dont expect your order to ever be correct if you need to remove any ingredients. Also, be prepared to only get partially refunded after they lose part of your order and refuse to refund you for it. I will not be returning to this location.

Employees started fighting because they couldnt handle the number of customers. I ended up going to my car and ordering (and waiting...) in the drive through even though they turned out the menu lights. They probably wanted people to think the drive thru was closed so they wouldnt get more customers. This place is incredibly mismanaged.

Ive rarely had my order be incorrect which is nice, but some employees dont seem to care. Dont get me wrong, some employees are great, but others close up early, which really annoys me. I would understand if it was a matter of a few minutes, but Ive seen it close up more than an hour before the actual closing time.

Currently sitting in a line thats taken me 15 minutes to get to place an order. Was just informed the "drive thru" was down and the employee can only handle one order at a time as a result. Ive already committed too much time not to get my damn food - but stringly discourage coming here on a late night.

Worst!!! They added beef when told multiple times not to, also says on receipt, they forgot one item in order and when I asked the lady she gave as if she is giving it for free and shows no remorse. I had to give one star to post the review or else would have given none.

Horrible wait times for Taco Bell food. People were waiting over 30 minutes for food, one even had to wait 45+ minutes! The wait staff needs some help. Dont go during peak dinner on a Friday. Great location and great combo but needs better management and staffing.

They messed up my order 3 times including today. Must be a bunch of little kids working there. Dont know how its so hard to forget a 3 dollars mexican pizza smh. Called there twice and they didnt answer either. Worst taco bell ever. Never going there again.

Service is very slow. Seems like they are understaffed, so they end up getting backed up a lot. Have gotten the wrong food on several occasions. Several of my worst Taco Bell experiences have been at this location, and I am an experienced Taco Bell veteran.

Try changing the oil and cleaning your frying machines every once in a while, the chicken was so dark it looked like it was burned and it tasted horrible. Threw the bucket straight in the garbage. This is about the worst KFC location I have ever been to.

I had to wait over 45 minutes for my food and the manager would not refund my money to let me leave. When I go to a fast food restaurant I expect to get in and out quickly, but this taco bell has never been able to deliver on that expectation.

Ordered a crunch wrap, was cold waste of money, dont know why i continue to go there food always sucks, think i have learn my lesson, for the money, i can hit the authentic taco place down the street where i know everything is freshly made

They say open 24 hours. But they really just operate when they feel like it. They serve breakfast, but not on Sundays when they dont open until 10:30 am... The food is usually cold and wrong. Management is clueless as are the employees.

I waited 30 mins for my order to not be right. While I was standing waiting for my uncorrect order, other customers where having the same problem, asking for refunds. And parking here is a joke. Dont even come here.
