I just tried to do a call in order because the person going to get it wouldnt know what to get, n this woman who answered was rude as hell. I tried to explain to her my situation n she was just like ok? N she didnt ask me a name she didnt give me a total after she took my order she just was like is that all n i said yes n she just hung up the phone.

The service here was bad. They messed up our service twice and we had to wait 15 minutes for a 5 minute order. They only gave us one sauce and they didnt even package our order correctly. The staff there however were very welcoming and were nice. This specific location is bad, not the other ones such as the one on Army Trail. They were A1.

Dirty tables. No napkins even after I asked twice. We bought a large bucket of chicken with three sides. They gave us four plates but no utensils, no napkins. Their seating area is not setup for my friend in his wheel chair to easily sit at the table. All the tables are set permanently into the floor.

Trashy employees. Yelling at each other. They have trash TV on and it is too loud. The front register lady loves watching it though. The manager yelled at two guys to "order or you need to leave". I wont be back.

When through the drive thru got a meal deal not checking in until I drove my chicken was old and burnt! The pissed me off tried calling someone on the phone was rude with me. Never again!
