First off, I love Chipotle, so keep that in mind when you read this review. This location has consistently been the worst Chipotle I ever visit. Yesterdays was probably the last time Ill go to this location. I just cant deal with their quality of service anymore. Ill drive an extra 15 min to a different location. I ordered a bowl and a burrito. Nothing super complicated. It took 4 time repeating that I wanted white rice before the girl could hear me. Im not a quiet person, but the music here is always so loud that the employees cant hear the customers. Thats just dumb and such a simple fix. Ive complained about it before, but they dont care. Second, the meat that I ordered for the bowl and burrito was almost out. Again, simple solution, turn around and get more. Instead they put an average amount of meat on the bowl and then put less meat on the burrito than Taco Bell puts on a $1 special. I thought they were just finishing up that batch and going to get more, but they just slid it along and ask what other toppings I wanted. I said that I wanted the appropriate amount of meat and they scraped the bottom of that bin for a solid 30 seconds fishing out tiny strand after strand of the beef. Still, nothing fresh even requested. Finally, they wrapped the burrito and it broke. Yea, this happens and Im not worried. I told the girl that she could just double wrap it. Her response "no it ripped". Again I assume she couldnt hear a thing I was saying over the music since that response makes no sense at all. When she dumped the contents of my burrito into the new tortilla it was a hot mess. Most of the sour cream and about 1/4 of the meat that they had struggled to find for me was still stuck to the old wrapper when they threw it away. The girl at the cash register saw my disgust throughout the whole process and apologized for my experience which is the only reason this isnt a one star review. Heres the thing. If a fast food place is swamped with a line out the door and they have a hard time hearing over all of the customer noise and get flustered, Im not going to give them a hard time. Thats normal. There were 2 people in front of me and 1 behind me. The seating area is really small, but it was only 1/3 full. This experience is caused by two simple things. First they have the music way too loud to be able to function properly. Im not the only person to have complained about this and I doubt I will be the last. I dont mind the music, but I do mind that you cant function and interact with the customers because of the music. Second, the staff is completely and totally careless. Whoever runs this place needs to train their staff to at least act like they care about the customers experience. These folks (apart from the cashier) could not possibly care less. Take a page from Chick-fil-As book and at least act like you care about your customers.

I like Chipotle in general but I always have problems. First, they rush through the making of the burrito so fast that they just splat the ingredients onto the tortilla with no care as to what they are doing. It makes for a burrito where you only get one ingredient per bite. I eat all the rice, then the beans, and finally the meat with some lettuce and cheese. I appreciate them trying to move the line along quickly, I do, but if the quality is a sacrifice, is it worth it? Today, the person who did the final wrap of my burrito wrote a "g" on mine indicating guacamole in my burrito, problem is, I did not order it nor did they put it in there. So, I had to argue with the register person and they had to open back up the wrapped burrito and check, which held up the line. In the end they corrected it, but how do they just randomly add things like that? Also, the girl who gave me my drink cup put it on the counter upside down with the drinking edge touching the dirty counter. After she slid it down the counter, she then put it on the stainless tray they give you. So the drinking edge where you put your mouth touched and was dragged on two dirty surfaces then given to me. With all the problems they have had with hygiene and health problems, you would think they would know better. Apparently not. I got a new cup. I dont blame the kids working there. They need leadership. This is a management problem.

Chipotle in Bloomingdale Army Trail is HORRIBLE. The workers are clueless and dont know what a serving size is. My husband asked for a little more barbacoa meat on his burrito and they wanted to charge him double. He said NO i.kust want a little more and they were rude and he had them weigh the food and it wasnt even 1/3 of their required single serving. The manager was young and did nothing and the employees cheered when we left on THEIR mistake. Refuse to go to this one ever again. Go to Lake St they listen to their customers Called Chipotle after this happened and could give a trap too. What is wrong with customer service today??????

After seeing the last reviews, now I am not surprised my online order is ALWAYS messed up here. And, it is not even something simple as a missed ingredient....the entire burrito bowl is wrong. (Steak instead of chicken, salsa instead of NO SALSA ORDERED, and 3 other ingredients missing). The other two bowls on my order were fine, so Im really not sure how someone can mess this up so many times. They are consistent in making mistakes, Ill give them that. Between dealing with wasting my money/time and their constant salmonella contamination issues, I am done with Chipotle. This place sucks, deserves negative stars.

I actually just finished eating here, and Im so disappointed.. I got a steak bowl, only white rice, steak and black beans. Plus a small drink. Can not believe I was charged 10$ for this "meal". I put meal in quotes because there was only 18 tiny pieces of steak.. Beyond disappointed that I paid this much money for nothing.. Thumbs down Chipotle.

I love Chipotle but Im seeing a disturbing trend where certain locations offer less of a service and definitely less of a quality meal then others. Unfortunately for me location in Bloomingdale has become one, biggest problem here appears to be with incompetent people put in charge of the store, it almost reminded me of Burger King or Taco Bell.

What I asked for is not what I got. All I asked was for " burrito bowl with white rice, fajitas, chicken, pick, corn, sour cream and cheese. The worker started making my bowl and was accidentally put beans. I was like thats okay but then forgot fajitas, sour cream and instead of cheese they added lettuce. Im very disappointed

Worst Chipotle I have been to, unconsiderate staff they have to ask and every other server says or objects in between ordering. Portions very small and inconsistent with orders, picky on portins. Suggest go to another location as this one has no customer service or even decent place to sit.. Majority customer take and go..

Absolutely disgusted that people were allowed to bring their dogs into the restaurant and hold them over the glass that seperates the food from the customers, management could only let out a how cute squeel. Needless to say i now cant finish my overpriced taco and i will not be back to this location
