It seems this location makes much smaller burritos than others. Ive been a loyal customer for many years and have never seen 6 other customers in line ask for more rice, beans or meat like I did tonight (10/3/15 ~7:15pm). They put about four cuts of grilled vegetables in my bowl and had to ask for more as well. Looking at the wrapped burritos at the end of the line confirmed my concern; they are just smaller with less in them than other restaurants despite prices going up. Also, I had to wait ~5 mins just to pay as they didnt have anyone at the register, and had to ask three different people for a side of chips and guac. Food was tasty, however, rescuing this review from only 1 star.

The food selection is fantastic and has a healthy selection of Mexican staple foods (burritos, tacos, quesadillas, etc.) Chipotle does not offer some more traditional Mexican foods such as enchiladas, but the selection is enough for the general consumer. The food is fantastic and is made without GMO produce. The meat is fantastic, my personal favorite is barbacoa. They also have a vegetarian tofu option called sofritas, which does taste very good. Overall chipotle serves fantastic food, has a great chill dining atmosphere, and is cheap enough to not completely break the bank.

Great food for the most part rice is undercooked frequently and the staff are not friendly nor do they know how to listen to customer requests for bigger portion sizes. They REALLY need to stop scooping 1/2 a scoop of rice when you ask for lots of rice. This isnt brain surgery. They also need to implement a sizing for portions asking whether customers want small medium or a lot and not give you a hard time about it. Extremely frustrating and a hassle.

I hate this location. I work close to it, so I have been here many times. The average visit has left me frustrated and disappointed. Online ordering is usually down, they dont offer to make amends for it, their portion sizes are far too small, and the wait is way too long.

I like the food at chipotle and do an online order quiet often. They always get my order wrong!!! They either forget to add something I requested or add something I didnt request!! Soooo annoying. Also its never done when I arrive at the store on time.

Waited 30 minutes in line when they had 5 people working on their side of the line. I also had to specifically request they not scrape the side of the rice container for 1 hour old burnt rice and dip from the new bucket they had just made.

They give half scoops my burrito was the size of a baseball. When asked for more they said it would be counted as extra. Every other chipotle gives 2-3x the amount of food than this one does. Very disappointed.

Simply superb flavors for people who need a good meal. Great for both meat and non meat eaters. Remember that veggie bowl comes with free gauca, and there are options for kids too!

Love Chipotle, but not this store. Ingredients often not fresh, plus there is always a slow moving line. Needs to improve. Update: has not improved...Go some where else.
