Very bad service at the palatine location. I put in an Online order around 10am to be ready for 11:30. I arrived to the store and my order was not ready. Employees were just standing by the line not even doing my order. I put in the order early for the same reason so I can have it rite when I arrived I had to wait. Second I paid $1.95 for guacamole and I come to find out I did not have it in my bag or in my burrito bowl. The chips were very stale as well. Very very upset. Management Needs to talk to the employees to pay more attention to customers orders. Specially online. I wouldnt even give you one stat. Rate this at a 0...

I am a manager of a restaurant nearby and I was appalled by the staff at this location! First of all, you arent even greeted when you walk in. I stood there like an idiot for a good 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my existence. I couldnt even tell who was in charge. It was a mess!!! The steak was fatty and could barely eat most of this. I could go on and on about whats wrong with this place but I dont want to bore anyone! I will NEVER go back to that location until there is a new management! According to the other reviews.. You should probably get on that!!

The G.M is so petty at the palatine location. Sean plays with peoples pay checks. If you ever work there, which I dont recommend because the mangers there just boss people around because they say so. They dont care how much work they put on you. Oh and dont quit on them because they will play with your paycheck and give you the run around. The service sucks and everyone acts like the boss, there is no organization. Best move I made getting out of that company. Its not all what people say or maybe its just the G.M and the store!

I have been to this Chipotle three times since it opened. All three times staff seemed clueless about how to make a veggie burrito. The last time one of them tried 4 times to fold the burrito before it became a sloppy mess and someone else took over to fold it. I asked for a remake and staff said "No problem I got it., there you go." If it wasnt a free burrito from a coupon I wouldve asked for my money back. I was miserable trying to eat the sloppy mess. Go to Deer Park location for a more experienced staff.

Place is run by a bunch of untrained 16yo kids. Staff seems lost and unprepared. They were out of chicken and brown rice and I had to return two bags of stail chips. It took forever even though it wasnt busy at all. Staff was too busy flirting and goofing around while the lobby was left in shambles. I was happy a Chipotle opened up closer to my place but I think Ill drive 10 more minutes to get my moneys worth.

Ridiculous....Ive gone to more busier and came out quicker. Took 20 minutes to get my food, only ordered 2 burrito bowls with only 1customer in line. The staff are young and lack on attentiveness. They just look and stare at you and not waiting on you. Theyre more busy talking to each other in the back or with friends that come in.

The service sucks. And there are teenagers there that dont ever know what the hell there ever doing. I always walk and get greeted bye this awesome Asian teen. He is the only reason I go, the need more people like him at that place. And there is always this girl that works there and is always pist of at me for some damn reason.

Dont go to this one. The staff is nice but it took forever and it seems like everyone was confused on what to do. Unless I am ordering 50 things I should not be in line more than 10 Mins. Asked for light hot sauce and it was drenched. Then looked at me and asked if that was ok? Sure?...? Just go somewhere else.

I love this store. The other stores around are nothing compared to the Palatine location. The employees were nice. The aplogized because I had to wait a whopping 30 seconds for chicken. I dont know what these other people are talking about. Very good service and great management make this a 5 star estblishment.

We went to go get a burrito bowl. The girl who was scooping the food only gave so little then the other times we came. That little amount should be the same as the other times we ordered. Since we are paying that price when there is alot of amount , we should be paying less for how much she gave us.

The staff is sub par. Everytime im in it is impossible to spot who exactly the manager is because everyone on the crew is inattentive. Last time i was in i had to wait 5 minutes on rice because they were out of both kinds! My girlfriends chicken was burnt and dry. This chipotle is not recomended

This is the worst chipotle i have ever been to. They are always out of everything and the workers are not properly trained to even communicate with other humans, let alone handle food. I didnt even want to give them one star.

Serivce sucked i ordered food online. when i got there i had to wait 20min and had to redo my whole order again. All i had was one burrito bowl that they couldnt get right. Going back to the lake zurich one next time.

I order the food online at 5 pm.. went there by 5:30pm. The order wasnt ready. Still was asking what the order was.. came home by 6:30pm... if you cant handle the online service please take it off from the option menu.
